Thank you for the new thread @Maireas, the last one seemed to go so quickly.

I may be way off the mark but for the Coronation I imagine the senior royal ladies to be wearing dresses/long coats in the style of Camilla's wedding outfit. Heavier fabrics, a bit of brocade and some subtle detailing. It feels like too big an occasion for a rewear.

Is it definitely a tiara event??? I thought Charlie was dialling it down?
I hope they don't opt for the normal attire in the cathedrals. Or do the Dutch long day dress and hat attire like on Prinsjesdag.

I’m a very occasional attendee on these threads but I do love the tiaras.

He's maybe a bit thinner. He seems smiley and relaxed though.
Sophie looks great, I really like that Roksanda dress, and her hair and makeup are good, she's glowing.

I thought that, I think he looks much more frail than usual.

Bless him. I always think of him as a sensitive kindly soul. Losing his parents and the unnecessary nastiness being flung about may have hung heavy on him.

It is wonderful to see him happy here though. Delighted that he is in the role he should be. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
