These lovely kits with the lovely wash bags seem to be released roughly every month since I joined - is that the norm? They are so tempting, and if you hold your nerve they may reduce the price (like the Chosen by You kit).

For those interested, the attached pic shows the fab blue Iphis handbag that was part of the July 2022 GWP, together with the even better bigger grey Iphis tote from Feb 2021, both of which sold our very, very quickly. I use them loads - they are very practical and hard wearing.

Unfortunately no sign they are likely to do one in the near future again….

I use separate SPF in the summer, combined SPF in the winter. Works for me. Quite keen to try the BS drops in the new kit as a way to test a different form of SPF for summer.

I also managed to get the larger tote - I’m hoping those days aren’t gone (plus Advent season remains good !)

@AprilLady is very norty....@MotherofTerriers lots of people came on here to gloat say they had got the bag at the time. Who knows if they were in fact lying liars?!

@AprilLady I just noticed in your pic the corner is a bit blue? Mine is too and I thought something had stained it but it must be the design??

For those talking about SPF, Ultrasun has a TSV on QVC at £32 for two face SPFs, a body SPF and an After Sun in a choice of Tan (tinted face SPF30 and tan accelerator body SPF) and Family. It’s what I use all summer, and this is a very good deal, their Face SPF creams are usually about £20-£25 for 50mls.

Great! Thanks to the person who replied up thread that I’ll get the July box. Is there ever a hint about what’s coming up, or is it always a suprise?

If you want to be surprised, don’t read this thread for a day or two before it’s due. I was planning on keeping mine for another week unopened, as a birthday pressie to myself, but I’ve bought so many presents for me already, I might as well open it when it arrives, I’ve been so good at not opening all the others.

Advent calendars are the hardest to resist opening early.

I don’t find it hard to resist opening an advent calendar as i so enjoy the morning ritual of opening it through December. I’d hate to spoil that process.

Me too. I’ve never felt the slightest temptation to open it other than a day at a time. In fact I forget sometimes and find myself opening two or three at once.

Ha, I’ve been tempted before, especially since many school Christmas events seem to happen from mid Nov on…

Need a November calendar too ??

I quite like one in January when all the Christmas fun is over and its cold and dark......

You can get 12-day advent calendars, but I never quite know when you’re supposed to start and finish opening them.

@MavisMcMinty - I got a 12 day one once and started it on Xmas day. It was nice to have something for the 12 days of Xmas heading to 6th Jan.
