Why is a proper cool toned lipstick so hard to find these days?

Anything with a hint of warmth is useless on me and makes me look very 'odd' 🙄 Even MAC doesn't have anything suitable, they're all too warm or too nude.

I got a Bourjois one this morning which I think will be ok, properly pink.

Primark used to be fantastic for lip crayons which were fantastic pinky nudes but no more 🙄

Am I missing somewhere obvious I should be looking? Even Rimmel Asia is no good for me but Soft Hearted is.

Just saw an adveet for Avon hydramatic lipstick in Mauve ,blue toned. Might order it.

I am cool vanilla in no 7 but it is a touch too cool for my skin (it needs a lot of blusher or bronzer to bring it back to life) I find all no 7 foundation slightly too pink. Have you tried spiced latte no 7 lipstick?

I have a feeling that comes under ' nearly but too brown still' 🙄🤣

@MrsPelligrinoPetrichor l feel, lipstick speaking we are astral twins. Any hint if brown and l look like death.

Ive got green eyes, tan really easily, have olive skin with pink undertones, and used to have chestnut hair, but now it’s white at the front. I’m still a cool summer. Even with that weird colouring🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't know what my colours are, I look fabulous in teal,blues, pinks. Orange looks vile but a cool red looks good. Happiest in grey with a scarf with colour.

Try primrose yellow too. That’s really flattering. Pale yellow without a hint of orange.

Primrose is lovely, I discovered that last year, warm yellow looks awful.

Have you tried Clinique Super Strawberry? It’s a chubby stick so not too intense and it’s a cool, mid pink on me (but I’m a Winter). I think it’s the closest I’ll get to nude without looking dead.

I know you've mentioned Mac, but have you tried Velvet Teddy? I also need cool and was dubious trying this, as it's such a 'thing' and looked like it would disappear on me. It's really good though. Think it's probably a cool to neutral colour.

Velvet teddy is orangey on me.

Way too light unfortunately. None of the MAC shades are suitable.

I tried the Bourjois Don't Over Pink it Pink today, yet again a weird warm pink with a touch of coral that makes me look weird and my teeth yellow! I think I need to give up I'm becoming obsessed 🙄
