Queen Letizia always looks so lovely. I like that colour dress and her figure shows it off perfectly, but those shaded areas look like armpit sweat patches.

I think either a long cloak or coat or a short to the waist, faux fur ( really good quality ) would have been nicer on Leti in the outside photographs. A long dress for a military parade ? Kate's green coats seem a better option
But there appears to be a formal function indoors as I see another woman in a long dress in an interior shot.

Perhaps it was particularly chilly day. I didn't realise it until I actually went to Madrid but it's often colder there than in London as it's basically atop a mountain plateau!

Saturated with Royal coverage and absolutely none of it clothes. Well bar toddler bridesmaid dresses.

Sophie has her birthday in January, and the Court Jeweller is reviewing her topaz and aquamarine pieces. They certainly suit her fair colouring. I think she looks very pretty in the black and white dress with the aquamarine tiara.

I love the shade of Leti’s dress there, she suits the richness of the tone. I’m in desperate need of some stylish frocks and gems to drool over.
I know we’re not talking about “the book”, but wanted to ask those who know more than me which other tiaras belong to the Spencers? It’s a bit vague but apparently M was going to wear one of Di’s tiaras, and it’s hinted that it was the Spencer tiara , which is beautiful, and was having the scalloped edge to the veil made to match. However, I thought the protocol was that it could only be worn by a Spencer born bride or by someone marrying into the Spencer family, so wonder if it was a mix up, or a different tiara?

Kate's birthday tomorrow so we're bound to get a new photo of her. I'm guessing it'll be something relaxed in the gardens of Anmer, in jeans and shirt.

Not sure re the Spencer tiara but didn't Diana's sister's daughter wear it a few years ago? I guess she wasn't technically a Spencer.

Kitty Spencer didn't wear it though.

In royal(ish) baby news, Charlotte Casiraghi is pregnant again. I thought she might be when I saw some recent photos of her.

Blue does look good on Sophie. But it appears her favoured colour for big events in the 00s was dirty dishwater!

@TangledWebOfDeception it's not a simulation as far as I know! The princess in question isn't even a direct ancestor of Josephine, more like a distant cousin, but the resemblance is uncanny.

It’ a great example of genetics throughout generations (I posted the photo earlier in the thread and also was immediately struck by how very alike they look).

I read that the court circular was no more. So will the royals be back at work soon?
