A sad start to a new thread, but I hope we can celebrate the legacy of Elizabeth Regina, what a woman, and what style!

The Corgis waiting for the Queen. Now I'm crying.

Have the royals not been to the loo or had refreshments since this morning? Long day.

How lovely to see the corgis just then in the footage.

They'd have had time for lunch and a sherry before this bit wouldn't they?

Gosh I really feel for the pallbearers facing those steps! I'm sure they've practised and practised but still ...

Our theory here is there were decoy range rovers and the royals were whisked off ahead in their range rovers to the next destination.
So that they can have a sit down, cup of tea, a snack, the loo and a makeup refresh.
That might be bobbins of course, but I think there could be some truth in it.

There must have been some snacks in the glove compartment surely?

Or maybe some breaks that aren't obvious in the coverage.

When did they manage the break?
I'm actually quite worried 😟

Camilla's bag is Launer, a nice touch.

I know it's been said already but those young lads in the bearer party have been remarkable all the way through.

I hope there's a beer ready for them back at barracks this evening.

I hope they get some kind of official recognition after today. I know it's their job, but my goodness they've done it to perfection!

I spotted Charles Spencer in the congregation now.

I'm thinking there has been time for a comfort break and a snack while the procession in Windsor took place.

Poor Camilla, she's showing the strain of the last week now.

Apparently she's had to do all of it with a broken toe!

Myself and DH just saying the bearer party all deserve knighthoods after that - they have been exceptional.

Twice I had to look away, when the horses became skittish and going up those stairs with the coffin.

I agree Camilla looks absolutely done in.

I was thinking the same about the bearers the way they lift it so smoothly, it looks like it's floating up.

Assume they will all get tea and sandwiches after this before the private bit later.

Haven’t been able to watch since the State Funeral Service and part of the procession afterwards. Very sad to have missed so much of the more personal things since HMQ arrived at Windsor but at least I will be able to catch up later.

Beautiful choir again a few minutes ago. So lovely.

I do think the pall bearers deserve recognition.

Can I just say though, as ex forces, they will always carry with them the honour of carrying The Boss to her rest. And every other person taking part will no doubt have been deeply honoured to be present.

I know I would have been.

How lovely, to carry out a duty and responsibility as an honour.
That's why it's done with such care and attention.

They will all be so proud.
