A sad start to a new thread, but I hope we can celebrate the legacy of Elizabeth Regina, what a woman, and what style!

I'm not keen on Carrie's outfit, too much flesh on show for a formal occasion, and too much fussy detail and a floppy silhouette, looks like she was dressed by the Oxfam personal shopper.

All these beautiful chic women. Black is a great leveller so apt for a funeral.

Oh I wondered who that was standing beside Kate at Westminster Abbey wearing the wonderful brocade dress/coat. Only saw it from the back. Beautiful!

I liked Meghan's hat style, similar to the white one she wore for the Jubilee service.

I have a few brooches but sadly don’t really get the chance to wear them now, as I’m usually wearing a goretex or puffa coat everyday now and not a wool coat.

Is it brocade? Not sure that’s the right term. Beautiful embroidery of some sort, in any case.

OH walked dog this morning up on the Great Orme in Llandudno roads empty, only dog walkers around. Just took son to the station not a soul walking just cars on their way to and fro from our tourism area

Pretty much everything closed in our small NE seaside town today, a few places opening at 4pm, but not many

Agree the zip is distracting. But overall a lovely look.
Kate and Charlotte both look lovely.
Carrie's dress was Karen Millen apparently - not a good choice IMHO.
Camilla looked very regal - looks like she was wearing slightly more makeup than usual.
