SOTD Lazy Sunday Morning

This evening I’ve spritzed 3 different scents from the M&S samples box: amber on left wrist, velvet rose on neck, iris on right wrist 🤩

SOTD has been Dancing with Strangers, my happy smell. Because of the bank holiday weekend, we had a lovely roast here today (something we don't have often, so it feels special). 😊

In other news...
I've spent over 2 hours on the phone today.
Partially it was sorting something for ds1 (nightmare company...no one had a clue what they are doing..)
Then trying to speak to someone at AO about the water damage caused by their fitters not fitting the washing machine properly...need new carpet, skirting, desk...no water all day Saturday...
I'm not a happy bunny 😡
Sold an expensive item on ebay. Still trying to get the buyer to pick up.
Sigh.
This week can only get better, right?

I’ve had a very annoying text from Royal Mail saying they have my Escentual package but it will be delayed due to the strikes 😡

SOTD is JM English Pear and Freesia. I’m a bit over this one but I’ve got about half a little mini bottle left and I’m trying to be good and use up some of my minis and samples. I’ll put something I like better on later when I get home.

I'm interested to know what they are...a couple feel familiar but I can't place them

Sotd is my sample of Bois Datchai from Maison Crivelli. I'd been really looking forward to trying this but was holding off until the weather cooled a bit. I thought I would love the tea and blackberry notes in this but unfortunately I find the leather a bit overpowering so I don't like this one as much as I hoped I would.

SOTD is PP version of Amber Orient. It's the kind of autumnal scent that I absolutely adore ... spicy and warm.

Autumn is definitely in the air. Seems darker in the evening already :)

@ThreeImaginaryBoys I love the pp Ambre Orient! I've not smelled the original, but their version has become one of my favourite fragrances. So powdery and warm and comforting.

SOYesterday was Aromatics Elixir, because I was eating fruitcake, there was a cool breeze, and I'm too impatient - my autumn smells are calling me!
