I've had that bottle since I was 15.

SOTD Juliette Has a Gun Pear Inc. I think I might be anosmic to something in this (ambroxan maybe) as I can hardly smell anything even straight after I’ve sprayed it.

SOTD is sample E from Escentual. Most people commenting on Facebook say it's disappearing too quickly. It's doing ok on me but it was only a sexy almond very briefly. It turned sweet quite quickly. Someone thinks it might be YSL cinema. Not one I'm familiar with at all.

I do love almond and gourmand fragrances in general so i've enjoyed most of the box, though I need to work back through it to choose which one to buy. I'm not a fan of A which was a masculine scent and not a fan of F which was very suncream but I liked all the others. A few in the group know what F is because they already have it but the only hint was a silicone top. Extensive googling got me nowhere. Normally when they recognise it, it's a Miller Harris perfume.

Delurking briefly to say I’m also doing the Escentuals blind trial, as I liked the idea of trying Almond note perfumes. It’s been quite fun. @chilliesandspices do they include brands they don’t actually sell?

I think it's only scents they sell.

Reveal day is Thursday. They do it on a live in the evening.

I've often thought if I end up in Hell (I mean, its a possibility tbh...) I will be assaulted by such smells for eternity ☹️👿

You’d find my house pretty hellish this evening then @Chevyimpala67, I put on some Sol de Janiero Coco Cabana body lotion, which is VERY coconutty. I also lit my St Eval Wild Gorse candle, which I bought expecting to be green-smelling but it just smells of coconut. There’s loads of gorse on the heath out at the back of our house and it does not smell of coconut as far as I am concerned, so not sure what’s going on there.

The St Eval rose candles aren't too bad, I gave some to mum for Mother's day and they have a very strong rose smell indeed. Her chocolates became rose flavoured just from being in the same gift bag.

With you on the strong coconut and aquatic/salty/beachy scents @Chevyimpala67 I do like anise though.

SOTN is Kayali Vanilla.

SOTD FM Lipstick Rose.

I like both coconut and St Eval. Embers is great in winter and I like Sea Salt in the summer.

I've just googled St Eval Embers and it sounds great @Judystilldreamsofhorses Wood and cinnamon - perfect for autumn/winter! ❄️

I like the coconut in Moonlight in Heaven. I also like anise in just about anything. Not a fan of aquatic notes. Also not a fan of musk.
