This is edition 33 (!) of the long running perfumista threads.

I love that perfume! So beach-y :)

SOTN is Ambre Orient.

SOTD is Molecule 01+Mandarin. I can't smell much other than the mandarin and a vague woodiness, but what I can smell is very pleasant.

SOTD is an APO dupe of L'Eau de L'Eau. It's really nice and summery (I've not actually smelt the original).

SOTD is Chanel Pour Monsieur. A crisp lemony, lavender-y chypre for a hot day. ☀️

SOTD Black Lotus- Floral Street

The Estée Lauder website has the Youth Dew Bath Oil back in stock after a year's absence, so I have sprayed some of my YD perfume on a mouillette this evening to have a good sniff. I wear YD regularly through autumn and winter, but I want to smell it detached from my person iyswim to see if I really need to spend £34 on the extrait strength formula (you can wear it as perfume oil). YD perfume is different to the vintage, less textured somehow, but very good all the same. The oil is supposed to be the richest, spiciest, most unctuous formula though - sounds wonderful to me! Still undecided. Decisions, decisions... 😊

Sculpture exhibition sounds like a wonderful afternoon @Chevyimpala67 But hope they had aircon, some stately homes can be very stuffy.

SOTN is Angel's Share. Isn't it funny, I can definitely smell a good slug of ISO E Super in this but the rest of the perfume is so well blended and lovely it somehow doesn't bother me or bring on a migraine in the way pure ISO E perfumes can. I suppose it's because the perfume is well blended and smooth and doesn't lean solely on the ISO E as the main ingredient. I wish I could smell ISO E the way it's intended rather than as stinging sharpness - pencil shavings and cedar sounds perfect to me.

SOTD Violet Ida (Miller Harris) and yesterday was TF Soleil Blanc.

@GeneParmesanPrivateEye do you know you can get shower gel and body lotion to match Gypsy Water? I got the body lotion as a “reward” for completing C25K!

@Judystilldreamsofhorses yeah, I am considering the body lotion - it's expensive stuff though. I like the EM-01, although I am yet to get chased in the street by people demanding to know what it is, as per the reviews!

I wasn't that impressed with the byredo samples I got.
Both rather watery.
My le jardin retrouve cuir de ruisse arrived this morning. Crikey it's good! (And I'm not a fan of leather generally in perfume..)

No perfume today as I got a gift set of Bath & Body Works Dahlia with the shower gel, body lotion and fragrance mist, so once I’d put that lot on I thought perfume on top might be overkill!

According to Fragrantica, Dahlia is a dupe for Carolina Herrera Good Girl, which I’ve never tried (mainly because I’m prejudiced against the bottle) so can’t comment on the likeliness, but the B&BW is pretty nice.

I rather like some of the B&BW stuff too.
I have several of their shower gels (bogof at next a while ago..)
I particularly like fireside flurries and snowflakes and cashmere 👍

Huge Dolly Parton fan here too! 😁 I didn't know she made perfumes, but I shouldn't be surprised - she's a phenomenal businesswoman.

This heat is awful @Chevyimpala67 I hate feeling so tired and lethargic. I'm sure it's making my migraines worse - I've had one all day today and it hasn't gone at all despite painkillers and a nap. 😩

On that note, SOTD is Shalimar for comfort, because I'm feeling a bit useless and sorry for myself.
