And yes I'm not wearing a bra - my choice

I think you need to pose from the side for us to see your stomach. But from that photo it doesn't look huge.

You are large of tum. Wearing a bra would help to give you some shape.

It was suggested previously that you see your GP, to check that your stomach is not symptomatic of something more serious.

No it's not.

I've got a best friend (suffers from other health issues) and her belly is huge - almost pregnant looking but she knows she should lose weight.

The way your waistband is bulging out yes you probably do have a large tum. But I bet it would be easily solved by wearing the right size - those leggings look too tight.

Actually side on it is a bit bigger but nothing that diet, exercise (running is good) won't fix.

I can’t see anything wrong at all. You’re not super slim but you don’t look like your stomach is disproportionately big. It’s hard to look good in a pair of Nike leggings though.

You are chubby and untoned but nothing major and easily fixed. The no bra under tops will make you look bigger as they merge into your belly. Get a bra and separate them
