I get lovely soft curls in the Caribbean/Pacific/Mediterranean/Atlantic rather than than the weird looking waves in my shoulder length hair if I let it dry naturally in the UK

I'm very jealous as mine goes full-on 'Crystal Tips'. I'm in the 'permanently clipped back on holiday' camp.

I love Kate’s hair and dress in the Wimbledon pic. That’s how I think her hair looks best too.
Mine is prone to frizz too, definitely Monica territory here!

I don't look anything like them, @gluenotsoup! I have dark, very straight hair, dark brown eyes and I'm very small. Not quite 5' 2" and very petite. However, I have no arse at all, my abdomen hasn't recovered from childbirth 27 years ago and my hands are like Nosferatu's.

An article has popped up on my news feed - William & Kate at a church re-built after Hurricane Dorian & laying a wreath. Kates in a pink Rixo shirt dress, subtle animal print, I think I like it. You'll all be pleased to know she's moved away from white stilletoes (btw they were called SMS's when I was a girl - shag me shoes) but the wedge espadrilles she's gone for do not go with the dress. It's a classic last day of the holidays, nothing else is clean, these are the only shoes that still fit because I've gone up a size in the heat outfit.

Love the pink and as a fan of the heeled espadrille like the shoes too

I really like the pink dress! It reminds me of the 'meet the princess' dress that she wore at Hollyrood last year. Agree that the wedges don't really go - I'd like to think that she took one look at those stilettos this morning and threw them back into the case.

Did anyone notice that Kate looked to be wearing an ankle bracelet when they were walking on the beach earlier in the week - not sure that I particularly have an opinion on ankle bracelets but it seemed like an unusual accessory for Kate.

Wow I can't a mostly universal approval of that Lepley dress!! I think it's dreadful! I am so out in a limb when it comes to Kate's fashion though.

I should qualify that 'hate'. I like the shape and think it's flattering it's just the colour and the pattern that I don't like.
