thanks maradesbois and carolinebringley. I kept the nancymac shrug, it's stunning. I wore it to dinner last night over hush dress - like this one but in black www.hush-uk.com/tara-v-neck-dress-black-stripe/002690-0456.html - and it really made it into something special. Received lots of compliments.

I need to go back on a diet to get back into mine. Plan was to start this week but working crazy amounts has put paid to that

DH has the week off so we went to Westfield for a little shop yesterday. The shops are strange right now, everything is oversized and loads of chunky boots (which I love) but hard to find anything not so BIG.

Looking for some jeans/going out advice!

Bought this lovely Ted Baker top and had an idea it would look good with indigo flares.

Bought these jeans which are really flattering and make my look taller (not hard!) but if feels weird having a flare.

What type of jeans are people wearing out? I still love my skinnies but feel I need a change, but maybe these are a step too far!
