How old do you think I look?

I live abroad and have aged a bit over the last two/three years. Always looked really young for my age when I lived in the U.K., but have started to notice how I'm ageing a lot more around my eyes and 11 lines. DP thinks I have dysmorphia and it's all in my mind. I feel like I'm ready for a bit of Botox, as I've been feeling a lot less confident about my appearance. To settle the argument, please tell me how old you think I am. Both pics are without filter and one with just mascara, a bit of concealer to hide the dark shadows and eyebrow pencil. The bathroom one is before I had a shower, with just eyebrow pencil.

I haven't read the other posts as I didn't want to be influenced...I think mid to late 40s. By the way you have incredible skin and imo you don't need botox.

TatianaBis · 01/09/2021 23:52

They haven’t, except in your imagination.

ZednotZee · 01/09/2021 23:54

Oh OP I just saw that I guessed correctly!

You are very attractive, please dont go down the botox route. Get an LED mask and use it daily. I am a smidge younger than you and its worked wonders for me, I would a photo but I'd probably be told I looked fifty three Confused

@MrsSkylerWhite

Not in the least, Tatiana. Really couldn’t give a monkey’s how I look and make no effort. Others tell me I look good.

I think the OP is lovely and just don’t understand why people would say nasty things about (beautiful) strangers 🤷‍♀️

I think the OP is beautiful too but 'Old enough to know better' is not a nasty thing to say.

These sort of threads do no good for women who already lack confidence in their looks, so yes they really should know better than to post their photo on a public forum and invite comment.

I'm curious to know what 'Looking a bit pinched' means?

Do you mean a face-lift or some sort of surgery?

From both photos I would have said around 45 and that you've already had botox.

Okay.

YerAWizardHarry · 02/09/2021 00:01

You look quite a younger than my mum who’s 49 but also quite a bit older than me (I’m 28) so would guess somewhere in the middle which puts us at late thirties/early forties

Just wondering what led light you are using please? I’ve seen them varying in price from very cheap to $$$ and not sure how much to spend.
FuckYouCorona · 02/09/2021 00:06

I'm late 40's & you look about my age. I look young for my age though so you're probably about 45 in reality. Putting what I think before seeing the answer lol. Flowers

Cross and judgemental: pursey-lipped
(Or birdy mouthed as my gran used to say)

me4real · 02/09/2021 00:09

You look lovely OP. Try not to worry about these things. I had botox and fillers but couldn't justify continuing with it after that once. Remember that stuff (esp. botox) isn't a one off expense, it has to be redone every few months. It depends on how important it is to you I guess. I'm doing teeth whitening at the mo so I do understand.

me4real · 02/09/2021 00:10

Make sure you wear a moisturizer with SPF30+ . That's supposed to be one of the most important things.

Thewiseoneincognito · 02/09/2021 00:22

Hard to say age but you have good skin and a good complexion. I hope you’re using a retinol, if not get on it, also drink plenty of water and take some good multivitamins before opting for poison injections. I know people in their early to mid 20s who look 10 years older than you.

BanditoShipman · 02/09/2021 00:23

I’d have Sid mid to late 30s, beautiful skin and bone structure x

@MrsSkylerWhite Aw, people can't help their arrangement of features. Whether someone likes it is a matter of personal taste. It could just as easily be said that OP has delicate features.

I have a friend who everyone thinks is really pretty but to me she has slightly squinty-mole eyes. It's just personal preference.

It doesn't even necessarily reflect someone's personality, people can't health how their face is put together.

I think OP looks quite serious but then she's doing a serious face.

@CostaBlancaChica How about a midlife crisis hair colour change of some kind? It can feel pretty good.

Hydrate · 02/09/2021 00:35

About 42-ish, my ds says 45. You look great, nice healthy looking complexion.

me4real · 02/09/2021 00:38

I'm 44 and think you look quite a bit younger than me, but I look old for my age (I've had a hard life. Grin )

adeleh · 02/09/2021 00:39

I think you look beautiful and are mid to late 30s.

HopingForOurRainbowBaby · 02/09/2021 00:40

I was going to say 44. Seen you said almost 43 so pretty close

Hydrate · 02/09/2021 00:44

I guessed correctly! That never happens ☺️

MrsLargeEmbodied · 02/09/2021 00:49

40

Yaya26 · 02/09/2021 00:50

You look great. Xx I was thinking 37.

PandemicAtTheDisco · 02/09/2021 01:00

I'd say around 40.

Mothership4two · 02/09/2021 01:03

OP I would have said about 40 and attractive (although that's not what you were asking!). Your skin is not very wrinkly at all, quite smooth. Obviously up to you if you Botox etc, but you don't need it now.

I recommend Maybelline Master Camo Correcting Pen for your slight dark circles. It works really well, although it doesn't last long, but it is cheap in the UK. Another recommend is FREZYDERM Sun Screen Velvet Face which is a matte moisturiser which does on either alone or as a final moisturiser and stops a shiny face.
