That is adopted in just about every photo I see? Or even just standing on tiptoes if in bear feet? I find it irrationally annoying.

And no it doesn't affect me in any way I'm just having a (light-hearted) moan!

I'm a member of a FB buying group for a particular brand of clothes. There's a seller on there who models all the clothes she sells in barefoot Barbie mode (up on tiptoes, one leg to the front). It annoys me so much, I can't bring myself to buy anything from here even if I wanted to.

There was an account I followed on Instagram that had to unfollow as she had the same pout and pose in every single picture-drove me bonkers. It was an account for midsize ladies fashion so I did like some of the clothes she showed. I wish I could remember who it was now...
