Just ordered my first Mulberry bag

Still had birthday money from start of the year, so after constantly looking at them online I have just gone for it! Quite excited but also feel a bit guilty!! It is birthday money and it was my 40 😬

Yep definitely keeping it, the quality is superb. Better leather than current Mulberrys and a beautiful red lining.

I would say it's between a Mini Lily and Regular Lily size-wise. I can fit in my iPhone 12, reading glasses (no case), credit card (there's a little pocket), hand cream, lipstick and keys at a push as long as it's not a huge bunch.

I’m so envious. I’ve been resisting a new summer purse for what seems like FOREVER.

My fascination with green bags continues and I've just bought an Iris in Mulberry green; I love it!

I absolutely love dark, deep greens. I have yet to buy a green bag but I will. I think it’s pencilled in for 2022 or 23.

Apologies for the not so great photo. She was on a family outing on a veeery blowy day to the coast and we'd stopped for some chips and a hot drink to warm up.

Quite amusingly, both my boys and my mother thought she was black and really had to look to see the green. She's an Aspinal Mayfair and absolutely stunning.

Yes I love the Mayfair. It’s pretty much a perfect bag. I’ve got the little evening size Mayfair in the midnight lizard, I think it’s called.

What’s it like size wise, what can you fit in?

I can fit in my lovely new (for my birthday) Mulberry apricot French medium wallet 😍 in one side, and various other essentials. It's not too small. I put in my headphones, packet of tissues, lipstick, pair of gloves, pen, small notebook, from memory. The purse fits in vertically.

I had to step away from the thread for a bit because I was feeling 😡😡😡 and 😔😔😔 and 😭😭😭 that @IloveJudgeJudy got my bag!

Only kidding, of course.
