Just ordered my first Mulberry bag

Still had birthday money from start of the year, so after constantly looking at them online I have just gone for it! Quite excited but also feel a bit guilty!! It is birthday money and it was my 40 😬

@finished31 there are a few Mulberry selling sites on Facebook, all moderated and there are rules around which photos you need to post so that the moderators can authenticate the bags (as far as is possible from pics). I wouldn't use eBay, lots of fakes and then the buyers will assume yours is also fake.

@chocolatesaltyballs22 I looked at that bag as I thought it would be a good alternative to a Lily. It wasn't. It just didn't seem as nice to me. But that's just my opinion, the Lottie is a very popular bag.

Not really feeling it. Doesn’t look worth the money. I’d want to see it in the flesh to see the quality of the leather before buying.

Have ordered it. Can always return if I don't like it. There was 15% off. I have a colleague who has Aspinal bags and the quality is really good.

@chocolatesaltyballs22 I don't have that particular Aspinal bag, but I do have a couple of others and a few of their purses. I really like both the look and the quality.

I've just bought a Mulberry purse which I really love. Aspinal purses don't have enough card slots. I did look at the mulberry bags but just wasn't feeling the love enough to buy one.

@IloveJudgeJudy I've fallen out of love with Mulberry bags a bit, have sold a lot of mine and just kept my favourites. Good to hear that the quality of Aspinal is good. It's arriving today....will post a pic for those who are interested.

I have a dilemma - yesterday I got out a bag I haven’t used for a while - navy Mulberry mini kite. I used to love this bag but I’m just not feeling the love for it now. The leather is quite thin and it’s floppier than I remember.

I’m thinking of selling it and also an Antony and replacing with a Millie. Anyone got this style?

Anyone looking at Aspinal with their 15% off at the moment might like to know that Harrods are offering a rewards sign up which gives a further 10% off.

Unless that was clever targeted marketing that knew I had the bag in several online baskets dithering over which one to choose.
