Just ordered my first Mulberry bag

Still had birthday money from start of the year, so after constantly looking at them online I have just gone for it! Quite excited but also feel a bit guilty!! It is birthday money and it was my 40 😬

I dyed my turquoise Mitzy a couple of years ago when she got a few marks and it worked out well .The MJ Hillier hobo is similar and a great throw around.

@Missushbb @Ninkanink I got the Mulberry pink as all my other bags are black or taupe. It looks rather bright in the photo but a nice fuchsia pink.

I got the small Antony. It’s perfect size for day to day use and I get lots of compliments about it.

Oh dear!! So visited the Mulberry shop today and tried in a couple of styles- I don't know if the lily is me! I liked the Darley more, I think I will return the lily when it comes and might get the Darley instead. They had it in pink which was lovely, but also oxblood

I'm talking rubbish not the Darley, the Amberley satchel. I preferred that. So many lovely colours too

I really like the more structured look of the Darley. I think if you’re not sure about the Lily you should definitely return it.

Oh crosspost! I’ll be no help to you then as I also like the Camberley! Just be aware that quite a few people have reported problems with the hardware on that one, causing the strap to fail on more than one occasion. But they may have fixed that issue now.

I bought a loewe hammock for my 50th. First designer bag. I love it. May be my last too. Ive had a lifetime of scrimping and saving and going without so i really valued the symbolism of treating myself just once.

Oh just looked it up and it’s called Amberley not Camberley! Camberley is from Burberry. Too many bags to keep track of!

@SelkieFly did you post about your bag at the time? I vaguely remember someone who got that bag for a milestone birthday. It’s a true beauty!

Yes, there was some issue with the rings. But I’m sure many more people haven’t had a problem! I just thought you should know to be aware of it.

I really like the Amberley too.
