Hello again Toasties !!
Here we are again ..Spring has definitely sprung.. and here we are leaving lockdown again (hopefully for the last time) and with any luck planning some social opportunities to wear our lovely stuff actually out somewhere !!

It's a shame auldfox, isn't it, had it been a proper wrap and therefore a little smaller it would have been lovely. I liked the wide belt.

@AuldFox did you get sorted about the return, that happened when I went to return the jumper. But for the life of me can’t remember what chat told me to click on, hope it’s sorted.

Who has the Mira jumper, what is sizing like? I may try to catch a return.

countmeout I bought the Mira jumper in the sale in the lilac colour. I’m a size 8 normally in Toast or a 6 in some of the oversized dresses. I bought the Mira jumper in size S and it is just right , not snug but not loose either. Lovely jumper !

Why can they not have a simpler system?

I uses asos. It's a similar online system but I've never had any issue with it.

Its so easy. Its even better because your parcel is picked up.

So you log on, find your purchase, request a date, insert one form inside it, attach a label outside it, hermes collect it. Job done.

I want to return the lento dress and have had to email them because the return page won't recognise my order number or email address. Something is wrong with the system: more hiccups for Toast.

Oh dear...Not good at all.
Received the navy check crop crinkle trousers and they ate a lovely shape but wow..too thick!
Considering returning them but dread a hassle.

At £55 They may be useful later but so clammy today they just felt so warm. Why line them?

Well they arrived *@ToastCosILoveIt*. Going back I’m afraid. Longer than I expected. I would say they’re a good fit but if they stretched and I lost the remaining lockdown weight they’d probably be too big.

@Countmeout, the 10 arrived and while I can do them up, they are tight and wouldn't be comfortable without stretching and without me losing a few pounds. So, they are going back. I will keep the 12 and maybe use them to tuck things into.

@neveradullmoment99, I tried those trousers much earlier in the season when it was not at all warm and I thought the same thing. I also thought they didn’t drape well because they were so thick.

well had another look at them and they are just way too thick. So managed to print out their label [strangely worked for me] and they are packed with label affixed to take to the post office on Monday.

@ToastCosILoveIt that’s disappointing about the 10 but at least it’s contented you about the 12.

Hello, am a fellow toast fan. I've been put off ordering for a while hearing the horror stories on here, plus I was removed from kindred and I've been bidding loads on eBay toast. But I have succumbed to a few sale items - the ono skirt, lovely print - think it is a keeper. And the placed cotton dress ilovecherries tried above. It hasn't arrived yet. Was useful to look at your photos as the toast ones are a bit rubbish.
Contemplating the linen wrap dress but currently oos in my size.

Interesting that Caitlin Moran writes in The Times today that ten years ago she mocked Toast but now her wardrobe is called the toast rack!

I’ve put in a huge order of lots of things, there’s no way all of them will fit. Does anyone know if I can return various items from multiple orders using the same returns label?

Before I would just stick all the returns notes in one parcel and there was never an issue. God knows what I should do now!

No, it says you can't. It has a code in it I think that relates to you and your particular order. tbh, with the mess ups recently with their systems, personally would not take the chance.

Well it says you can't use it twice so I assume you need to print off for each order. I am sure it was on my email when i completed the online returns.
