If you have the flamboyance to carry it off then age doesn't matter. Far more fun in my opinion to be colourful and characterful than dull.
I'd wear it with black tights and biker boots. Maybe a military style cropped jacket.

I would wear a dress like that at my age and I'm in my 30s but I do think it will be totally different on when it arrives . Bet you will just look like a Pom Pom lol

I agree- your age is not the issue the dress looks cheap and hideous! And I would normally say each to their own but please don't!

It looks like it's designed to be put on to be taken off. Go for it!
