I can honestly say that dress is equally appropriate for all age groups.

I'm 22 and wouldn't wear it, just shows that age has fuck all to do with what clothing you 'are allowed' to wear.

If you like it, get it and wear it with pride. I mean, it’s so vile that I actually just belly-laughed at it but life would be boring if we all had the same taste. I’m talking as a person who owns patchwork dungarees

I think it would be uncomfortable in hot weather, but you could get it to wear next winter?
With opaque tights/leggings and boots and a leather jacket it would probably look good.

On these threads I'm normally always all, "wear what you want!...Age is just a number.... Grow your grey hair down to your arse.... if YOU like those stripy tights with that ball gown you should go for it! etc..... but man that is a bloody hideous dress. It looks like a fancy dress costume.

Honestly, wear it if you like but I can assure you the attention you get will not be positive. It looks like a risqué Halloween costume.

Wow, what a lot of truly horrible comments! That dress does not look "tarty" - it's perfectly respectable. And there is no way of knowing whether or not it looks "cheap" from the photo - one would have to see the fabric in reality to know that. In the photo, it looks fine.
