@SlatternIsMyMiddleName, I’m also a Benefits Goof Proof Brow fan. I always have one on the go and at least another one in the stash. I actually tried to use the microfilling one instead today, and made a mess of it; I’ll be sticking with the Goof Proof.

It’s the Harvey Nichols GWP which comes out tomorrow I’m trying to resist. I really, really don’t need any new products at all...

Today's empty - Lumene Nordic C brightening essence, small size from AC, lasted well tho and I love the fragrance. Might repurchase in due course.

@SlatternIsMyMiddleName I’d say don’t bother with Pixi Glow Tonic. I used to like it but when I discovered Paula’s Choice acid toners, I realised how mediocre Pixi toner was.

Two days ago I updated my Project Pan spreadsheet (this year I am tracking my progress on a quarterly basis, i.e. March 28th, June 28th, September 28th, December 28th), and it seems like it will take me another 5-7 years to use up my rapidly expiring stash. Why oh why I’ve purchased so many products 😭

Soo, the DE Baby Facial.. It says use for 20 mins, i done 10. Tingled a little bit, but nothing unbearable. Face was a little red after using it too. But, my skin looked great after. Even days after it looked the best it has in a while. I feel like its a face mask that actually gives results, rather than a quick flash of false hope! I think ill be needing a full size👀

• Optrex warming eye mask. Had two migraines last week. It's always the day after i feel shocking. So popped it on for 10 minutes peace, and help me drift off💤

-Aromatherapy Deep Relax bath oil. This pops up in many advents or GWP. Its really nice, and you do only need a little bit. Im a sucker for luxe bath products, and would be tempted to RP, it's just expensive!

-Good Night Drops CBD. Didnt know if i should include or not, but it came in the Cult GWP, so it came with a beauty purchase. I dont think these work, very much a placebo effect. It tasted vile too!

-Sarah Chapman Overnight facial. Okay, ive tried with this for weeks now, and i hate it. I usually like to finish something up. But this, no. It just does nothing, feels pointless and im sick of looking at it now. Nothing personal Sarah, but when ive used any products its just been crap!

Emptied:

strivectin supér c retinol brighten and correct vitamin c serum.

And take the day off balm.

The serum was meh. Smelled icky to me.

Take the day off is a winner always in my book.

Finished: Biolumin vitamin c serum samples, won't go on to purchase, strange sell and very "meh".

Chucked: Nyx Worth the Hype mascara mini. Liked this, would RP. Not clumpy, good volume. Still seems plenty in the tube but I never know how long to keep a mascara. Had this 5-6 months and have several other mascaras so am retiring this one.

I have some empties.

A blue Nivea lip balm, of which I have about 5 on the go at any one time. I use them all the time.

A L'oreal Elvive shampoo for long hair. Would repurchase. Probably full of silicone but was good for DDs long tangly hair.

Clarins body oil full size - definitely repurchase. This is a HG, I use it every winter on my legs after my morning shower.

Clarins bath and shower tonic - was a GWP and was okay but wouldn't buy full size.

I have collected together some bits to concentrate on finishing them. Things that have been open for over a year, I don't think they really do anything and I don't use them consistently. Well they definitely won't do anything in the bottle will they? So I will slap em on and get them finished

Empty - clinique moisturiser sample. I think I might be through all my skincare samples now.

Binned - maybelline eyeliner pencil. I've realised I dont like eyeliner any more so won't be buying any!

Er. Confession time. Fell for the Harvey Nichols gwp.

In my defence I bought stuff that's run out or is about to run out, a gift and made up the basket with olaplex so I have enough to last me to a pre Christmas GWP.

The GWP has few things in it I want to try without purchasing full size. Most of the rest will shared out.

Well done on the empties everyone. I'm definitely stepping up the grooming now the sun's out.

The DE facial is on my wish list now but I've got a fair few masks to use up so it will be a while.

@Experiment627 you mentioned at the top of the page that I can use both serums. I am relatively new to the whole acid/serum thing so didn’t know you could do both. Was worried I’d burn my face or something!

I noticed a few mentions of the Clinique take the day off balm. Is that one for, my wish list?

@SlatternIsMyMiddleName the Clinique Take the Day Off is great BUT the No7 radiant results cleansing balm in a pot is almost the same and much cheaper.

Ok so @SlatternIsMyMiddleName if you are using Hyaluronic Acid then you should use that one right after cleansing. But for example you could use a lactic acid on alternate days or niacinamide.
I really like The Inkey List niacinamide as it contains hyaluronic acid too.
For now do the Hyaluronic then the retinol then a moisturiser. And maybe just do the retinol on alternate days - it can take a while to be ok with retinol. Although again The Inkey List one wins for me - barely any reaction.

I thought the Harvey Nichols GWP looked really good, but have impressed myself with my self-restraint in not ordering it!

Only really empty of note is a Caudalie facial scrub. This had an odd texture in that it was creamy, with lots of scrubby bits in it. But that said, it grew on me and it's a maybe on the repurchase front.

I bought this. In my defence, the neom is about £36 alone!

Body shop camomile cleansing butter is also amazing!

I had a look at Harvey nicks gwp but didn’t know enough of the brands to buy enough to get gwp.

Felelunique however have a gwp. Spend £120 and get £120+ worth of stuff.

I managed this. Because I bought things for Dm (that she needed) and dsis and some bits for me. Mostly clarins.

I did get the HN GWP . It arrived today and looks pretty good.

My current aim is to use up any full size products I have on the go and and then get through a lot of sample sizes. So I will hopefully be providing feedback on the GWP products (and the many, many other samples in my stash) soon as empties.

Oh my word, you people are enablers!
I've just bought eight things on Feel Unique to get the gwp, plus three samples.

This isn't helping. I think I really need to clear our some more stuff I will definitely never use!
