It smells of bubble gum is green and the bottle has a mermaid on it. It was amazing!!

Clinique mascara used up this morning. I think it was the high impact lashes one. Was a freebee.

Got my Feel Unique order and free gift. Going to have to line up the littlies and decide what order to use them up.

@VanGoghsDog me toooo!!! Haven’t opened the bag yet though because dc will want to play with them. Waiting for my Pilates class now though. So will play when I get back home!

My birthday today

Got a gorgeous Diptyique candle in Roses and a Rose Byredo hand lotion from DH and he got me a gorgeous handmade glass tray to put my scrunchies and stuff in for under my bedroom mirror. Plus an echo show.

Also got myself a ByTerry Baume de Rose lip crayon from SpaceNK to get my birthday present. Used my birthday money from dad. (and some more perfume from 4160Tuesday in their clear out sale )

More empties! A mouthwash, a toothpaste and I have discarded some Nip and Fab glycolic cleansing pads that I am never going to finish up.

And the eye cream! Gone. Just a cheapo Nivea one. No idea what possessed me to buy it. I have no time to apply a different cream to my eyes!! I have used it up on my arms and neck.

Micellar water gone. I do really rate this. Have the clarins one to try next.

Am trying the clarins recharge sleep mask stuff at present. Feels good. Smells nice.

Also finally opened my feel unique parcel. Eeeeeek.

I’m so happy that the sol de janiero hair mask is in there. As well as the la Roche posay moisturiser. And the 8 hour cream. I love this stuff. My granny uses it. But it’s a. Mazing.

Empty today is some unfancy berry shower gel from Boots, another cheapie but I love it. As you may be able to tell I love sugary sweet smells!

A couple of empties to report:

An impulse body spray
Kneipp bath foam

My 1000ml conditioner has a few goes left so looking forward to finishing that. It's lasted about a year so really good value.

Bit of a fail....ordered the Erborian BB cream (15ml) before finishing the no 7 all in one foundation which seems to be lasting forever. Also took advantage of the 1/3 off french pharmacy at escentual which hasnt arrived yet.

Empty: bio oil.

My clarins recharge sleep mask sample finished as well as a sample of 8 hour cream.

Dh just had a fit when I tipped everything I have put into the bed. Must work harder to use up.

Really impressed with the SpaceNK birthday gift. More so, with the DDG pads. One of my HGS!

Less impressed with the Verso eye cream. Had to bin it, id normally solider on and use it up. I hated it, flared my eczema up on my eyelids.. Stopped using and its gone. Its the second Verso product ive used, and ive not enjoyed any of the products.

Revive foaming wash. Dont like foam cleansers, foamed waaay to much. Felt like it dried my skin out and my face was seriously stripped.

St Tropez Gradual Tan. Opened this last year and retired it in the winter. I cant fake tan for the life of me. I am improving though, and i do look better with abit of colour to me. Its not too dark, just a slight tint. I impulse bought the Tan Luxe Body Serum, so hoping that will keep my glow alive for a little while!

Will be doing some birthday shopping i think today. Got an amazing bargain in Boots yesterday too. Mon Guerlain perfume 100ml for £30! Usually £113. Couldnt leave that behind!

@Fispi - please let me know how you get on with the Erborian. I’ve heard great things! (Very expensive here in Aus, though!)

Don't you hate bottles where you can't see how much is left? Opaque tubes, dark bottles, bottles with labels that go all the way around etc. So annoying!

@justilou1 I've had a sample before and really liked it. First wear today and its lovely. It feels alot thicker than the foundation I had been using but blends out beautifully just with fingers and blurs everything nicely. Felt light and the colour Clair works for me even though I am extremely pale. It's so quick and easy to apply and the finish means I feel like I dont need to add lots of other products on top. Will see if I still love it this much in a couple of weeks!

Another 8 hour cream sample gone.

And a boots lavender sleep spray. I’ve decanted the rest of it into a huge spray bottle (an old plant mister) and am using it in ds’ room as “monster spray” we’ve had monsters recently.

Oh I hate not being able to see what’s left. So so annoying.

What do you use 8 Hour Cream for? I have two samples and an Aldi dupe and not really thought of a use for it!

@ememem84 and those were the numbers BEFORE I include my perfume samples / bottles and my beauty tools / accessories. The problem is real 🆘

@AprilLady you’re absolutely right! Opinions on scents can vary so much. I have dozens of fragrances sitting in my stash, and I use them up slowly but I shy away from sharing my views on them. I just list how many of them I’ve finished in my end of year summary. There’s also a neighbouring thread where they discuss fragrances in detail but I don’t feel like I’m enough of an expert to join in.

@Justilou1 I used up a 5 ml Erborian sample last year. I remember that it had a mattifying effect, and was good at blurring imperfections. I’d recommend testing the colour before you buy it though. I found it too dark for me.
