SOTD Cacharel Loulou. It's about 8 years old and I'm coming to the end of it. I've heard the current version is a bit lame, but I hope not. I wore this powerhouse for about 3 years solid. Oversprayed shamelessly between 87 and 1990!

My newest love is Marc Jacobs daisy spring, it had the undertones of the original daisy bit more woody as it dries down and last ages on me it makes me happy

I'm off for my vaccination today...

Glad it seems a number of you have a love for Fidji! I bought a bottle a few weeks back along with Diorissimo, Floris Night scented Jasmine, and a few Estee Lauder classics. I have fond memories of Fidji, one of my first perfumes. I was reading that perfume book (did reviews on perfumes) and it seemed to slate most of my old faves (including Fidji!) but luckily it did not dare to rubbish Mitsouko!!

I preferred Kiku 😁

sorry i havent been around much again, been in a very dark place so have been mostly keeping to myself. trialling new meds right now so seeing how i get on but the fog seems to be lifting a bit now

Ive decided that im doing the unthinkable and clearing out soem of my perfumes!! I have over 200 full bottles plus samples and mini bottles and im running out of room. feels like a big decision to be made but i think its for the best

Hello, can I snuzzle I’m beside the fire please? I’m a newbie to the perfumistas threads but just dipping my toe in / bracing myself for developing an expensive habit. I’ve just discovered byredo and have fallen totally in love with mojave ghost. I’m so disappointed with it’s lasting power though and the projection is so poor too. Still love it though, and can’t help but reapply it constantly to top it up through the day. Do any of you knowledgeable lot know how f anything similar that has a bit more punch for the money? I’ve been reading on fragrantica that a lot of people seem to think daisy is a fairly close approximation but last time I smelt it it was too sweet for me. Any ideas?

one wow....200!? I did a count at the weekend and I have 30 fbs and 70 samples (I gave a fair few fbs to my mum and sister...)

Sotd Burberry woman, my lovely mum bought it for me for Christmas and I hated it on the first spray. It’s been sat in my drawer ever since. Decided to give it another bash, and actually although it’s no love, I’m really liking the moss coming through on it.
