@FragrantlyScent have you tried the pp shalimar dupe? It may have longer staying power?

I got my 3 for 2 4160s today and am currently wearing doe in the snow ❄

I'm considering a purchase of invisible Ben too...that would mean I would have 12 bottles of 4160 fragrances! 😯😀

I've been having a sort out of my perfume drawer and I've also got 10 avon scents 😀 the rest are a mix of houses (dior, lauder, etc...)

I have 2 boxes of samples bursting at the seams!

I'm desperate to try the new autumn vibes by mmm and alien goddess my mugler

I still can't smell. Wore 4160 sunshine and pancakes anyway.

Thinking of doing the 4160 3for2. Current thinking is midnight in the palace garden, another kiss by the fireside and Babylon sunset.

My mri results are back...I have a hemangioma on my thoracic spine. Add in my stupid eye issue and I feel quite old and decrepit 🥺

I'm being referred to physio. I'm having massages and going to the chiropractor. I'm hoping to start a yoga class next week.

No idea what else to do!

Pots - MitPG and Babylon Sunset are two of my favourites. Think the latter is criminally under-rated - it has the most beautiful opening/heart.

I've just ordered a couple of things from PP. I have mixed feelings about PP, but have had a couple of enjoyable citruses similar to TFs. Was amazed to see they now do things similar to L'AdDM and ACdD. Has anyone tried? Imagine they would disappoint?

SOTD MG Lemon. In the spirit of bad things, I bought a winter coat today. BUT it was BNWT on depop at less than 50% of the retail price. So a good thing really?

The Craft and Glamour has arrived and this, it turns out, is one of those blind buys that has worked out.

I'm just trying it out - so still very much first impressions, but it opens with quite an exciting whoosh, followed by earthy vegetation (daisy stalks? Beetroot? Discarded corn cobs?) and a first hint of ripe fruit. (Nothing like le Parfum de Therese or the original Bat, but their love child briefly comes to mind). A bizarre smoky/metallic clatter (70s Grecian 2000 anyone?) then intrudes - a sort of trouble in paradise stage, before a powdery rose/plum heart sees it off, and a rich, soft and romantic order is established.

It's very plush and sumptuous from this point onwards, as musk and a gentle cistus come through to join the patchouli (by now a Coromandel sort of patchouli). At this point some parallels with the comforting luxury of V Canto's Kashimire.

On paper I should love this - and it is lovely - but there is a note I'm struggling with...but there are so many notes in it I'm not sure what it is!
It's a very warm huggy scent.

I'm the opposite Mrs08! WITL annoys me with it's cloying vanilla but I love Eau My Soul. I've been wearing EMS a lot recently.

I wear the pp dupe of WITL which I prefer to the original...

Eau my soul is beautiful and obviously has lots of expensive ingredients but...hmmm. maybe it's an alcohol note? I do struggle with tobacco/alcohol notes in scent

I'm doing the 3 for 2 at 4160 Tuesdays and I've found it hard to choose. I'm wavering between Meet Me On The Corner, Ealing Green, Drive Them Wild and Amberama. Don't know which one to kick off the list!

I've also ordered a Le Necessaire (refill kit with bottles) from Le Jardin Retrouve which currently has a 25% off gift code. I chose Cuir de Russie- leather and violets.
