So, you go to the website (use the link then you get £15 off) and give them chapter and verse about you (age/size/job type/proportions) and about what you like and don't like (like knee length dresses, skinny jeans, tunic style tops, blue black and grey, woolly jumpers and joggers, tailored suit) Don't like sleeveles tops, polyester, green or white, anything assymetric, maxis, never wear skirts, whatever it is.
You set your price range for each type of item, so if you are happy to spend £££ on handbags but only £ on trousers and ££ on dresses you set it like that.
You can choose which groups to eliminate if you want, so I don't have shoes because my feet are really wide, or you can say no jewelry or no jeans. whatever. Then you schedule a "fix" which can be a one off box, or you say you want one every two, three, six months. You can change that at any point though so I shouldn't worry too much. I am set up for three months but sometime I have ordered additional ones or stretched the timeframe.
Then you say what you want for that particular fix - like "I would like some soft skinny jeans, tops in jewel colours and a black crossbody handbag."
The new service gives you a preview so they show you about ten things the stylist has selected and you say whether they have got it right or not. You can decide whether to accept or reject each item before it's even sent and then the remainder will be a big reveal!!
When you get it ( you chooe a date) you get five pieces and if you keep one you get a credit for the £10 stylist fee (you will already get free if you have clicked on my link) If you keep all 5 item you get 20% off, which wa why I mentioned upthread about doing that calculation in the event that made it cheaper to keep the 2nd pair of jean.
If you want to return you take to PO and get free return.
I love it!! I really get excited about opening it up and examining the lovely stuff in my box!!
