Morning all, it’s so mild out there - I made the mistake of wearing a long sleeved top under my jacket for my morning run and came back dripping with sweat!

Not going to subject you to a photo of my running gear, so here’s today:

@Iseeyoulookingatme I have the same in theory they should look good on me but in practice the never sit right. It's a nice colour and looks nice is it a little to big for you?

I have observed our enormous faculty and there are actually many in casual sandals, and even a couple with unnatural colours in their hair, so I probably could revert back to lavender hair and Birkenstocks, but think it's maybe better to dress seriously until I've made my mark.

@RacheyCat looking great again. But agree. Once you have settled in - lavender hair is a goer. . I think whenever you start a new job you tend to play it safe with outfits - it's natural to want to "fit in" so to speak.

Today. Jeans - Liverpool. Jumper - Hush. Dog walking outfit I'm afraid. Tomorrow is my supermarket day. I shall start planning my outfit later.

@OublietteBravo yes. I noticed. But I very kindly gave you a free pass yesterday as it was sunny and I was feeling nice.

Enjoying seeing everyone's outfits as always. I'm struggling with making an effort at the moment - partly because this lockdown seems never ending but also because we have DS at home all the time due to the lockdown so its really hard to get into work mode. More reason to make the effort really, will try harder this week!

Long sleeved top and a dress is clearly my go-to outfit at the moment!

Loads of great outfits- where to start? I particularly liked the dress with pockets @cavemum and the jumper with embroidered sleeves @Iseeyoulookingatme. I was wearing this white stuff skirt with the jigsaw top until I went dog walking.

@sickoffamilydrama that's very thoughtful of you, thank you, but honestly, please do go ahead. I started this one, but, @EllaPaella did a few before that and I know @happytobemrsg has, too, and I'm sure there were others. I'm not sure who the original "owner" of the thread was, and I don't want to speak for anyone else, but I certainly don't think of it as "mine" and won't take any offence at all if you're happy to post another (tbh I'd be really grateful if someone else did as I've been thinking all day "Oh I'd better do it" and not getting around to it because I've got a deadline looming - just popped on here for a sneaky look. Would be a great shame to lose everyone!)

My outfit for today is quite dull.

Wearing a new t shirt from hush that looks like all my old ones ( my best kind) and summery jeans because I wanted to see if I still liked them. I do! It isn't really that nice but I'm so fed up with winter. Had a disaster yesterday with my waitrose delivery as the very cross chap must have left a whole crate in the van and I only realised later. Trying to get them to redeliver today.
Sold a couple of things yes, just as well because one of the cats knocked my phone off a worktop and into their water bowl! It's still working but really hard to hear when I use it as a phone ( which I dont do very often tbh). Replacement will be about £1000 which is painful

I'm all in hush today I can't remember who was asking about hush knitwear, I've found this jumper lost its shape after a couple of wears but it's back to how it was after washing. I'll be interested to see how it wears over time.

Loving all the sparkles in everyone’s outfits!

Today it’s a Next dress and an ancient Calvin Klein denim jacket (I think I bought it in the US in 1997. Might be the oldest thing I own/wear! Actually that and a pair of oxblood/dark red ankle boots bought at about the same time. Every time I wear them I still love them!)

Bright and sunny here, though quite windy. Not quite prepared to lose my tights just yet!

Dress - Conquista

Ooh, just squeaking into the end of this thread. New must-have item for wfh - slim leg joggers. Thicker than leggings and a bit smarter. These are Mint Velvet (not a fave of mine at all as I find their pieces a bit dull usually, but these are just the perfect combo of smart and casual). Top from Kawasaki, lol - from my biker days and covered with a smarter jumper for work calls. Wearing heels again more now, makes me feel more normal and work-like. These are Loubies and much loved.
