Mine is currently in a LF warehouse in the UK, a warehouse belonging to a courier in Poland and in the central sorting centre in Dublin. All at the same time. Pretty amazing really.
Maybe you’ll get 3 as a reward for waiting Grin

@MiaN bad news about Elle that is the one I most fancied reduced, maybe there won’t be an extra one one this year but as I have H&B, ASOS 12 day, a handmade wax melts one as well as chocolate plus my daughter has a toys one, books one, pet treat one and sticker one and chocolates maybe that is for the best, only 4/5ish through the minis from last year when I had 3 beauty advents....

Well that makes the decision for me!

There are some other good value sets on there. I've never tried any CT. I have often come close to buying but haven't. I'm tempted by the pillow talk lipstick and those eyes to mesmerise pots so I am tempted to get something for myself and maybe as a gift for my DM.

Do you think there will be more Black Friday deals this week or is this likely to be it?

So I chased mine again and have now had another standard email saying it was despatched on 12/10 and could take 14 days and I have to wait 14 days before reporting missing....

Slightly speechless. Can't they read their own responses?

That is insane. I have managed not to swear at them yet but it's only a matter of time...

I have used capital letters and !!! when asking them do they not read back on the messages before responding.

The 12/11 one is the one from Poland isn't it? The ones we reckon were fake shipping addresses?

They told me mine (the replacement) was in Dublin last thursday but if it was, I would have received it by now. An Post are pretty efficient.

What does the tracking for the second one they "shipped" for you say? Mine is still saying Hermes are waiting to get it from LF.

Just looked at their response again and it is signed off from someone from the Zavvi team. Who are Zavvi??!!

Same here re An Post.

Just got a new message to tell me my 18/11 one is now coming from Poland. They come back with a different story every time.

According to Wikipedia, Zavvi is an ecommerce entertainment retail store formed from the now defunct Zavvi entertainment retail chain in the United Kingdom and Ireland, originally Virgin Megastores. Can't imagine why they would be contacting you. Although they might be more efficient.

I've been opening a drawer on my CB calendar since 6th Nov to take me through to 1st Dec when my Liberty one is ready to start. Bought two this year and I've got to say that to date the CB has well and truly been worth every single penny. Day 18 today and there were 3 gifts in the drawer. I've done a rough call and believe it's been worth double what I paid for it. One in particular (no spoilers) I've even bought again as it's given me amazing results!

I can confirm that there has been some confusion caused, I do not believe that a replacement has been sent out. This is because at this moment, we do not have stock of this item, the tracking shows that your parcel is ready for dispatch once any available stock can be allocated to your order. Frustratingly the supplier has not given us an expected arrival date for this item either. Therefore I regret to inform you that it is unlikely this item would be delivered before December.

I appreciate the inconvenience this must cause, to avoid any further delays and to resole this promptly for you, would you like us to issue a refund for this item?

Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We apologise again for this delay and hope to rectify this issue with you quickly.

@BuffaloMozzerella - that is unbelievable. So we both have had two separate emails stating they have been shipped. I have had a message telling me my calendar is in Dublin. All lies, obviously.

And their proposed to solution? Cancel the order so you will go away and leave them alone. There are no other calendars available at this stage for you to spend the refund on.

You haven't done half as much hijacking as I have. But yes, sorry if the rest of you are fed up of hearing about it. But if nothing else, I think we are a warning for anyone thinking of buying from LF.

And don't worry about talking about it on here. You are more on topic than my CT Black Friday shopping! I bought a few items incidentally... there is a good deal with a mascara and eye liner and £55 palette for £40 plus you get a free different when palette if you spend £90 or £95

I have an idea. Suggest to them they substitute the mission item with something of similar or higher value and that they can then send the missing time separately if it overcomes back in stock.
