The hunt continues! We await Black Friday developments.

My two LF calendars (well, my nieces’) magically appeared out of nowhere on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Customer service useless, won’t be repeating next year. In fact I have asked them to remove me from mailing lists, don’t want anything to do with them at all.

@LaBrujaPiruja - that's great. But yes, I think a lot of us won't go near them again.

I won't be using LF again. I'm going to cancel the beauty box subscription after the December box arrives too.

Too much hassle, chasing up and uncertainty for something that's supposed to be enjoyable.

In case anyone's still looking, M&S 12 days of beauty is now only £21. Think that's now 70% off.

LF used to be brilliant. I definitely noticed s change in the summer. Same with GlossyBox. Shoddy goods, missing items, late delivery....🙄

Olivia (I think I've broken Ryan as he never replies to me anymore) tells me my replacement AC is in Dublin. Tracking hasn't updated and still claims Hermes are waiting to take custody of it so I'm not convinced. An Post usually text once they've a parcel but they haven't contacted me either.

I guess I'll believe it when I see it.

For those of you maybe still considering Lumene, I’ve opened most of mine now and it’s amazing! If it goes onto a BF sale I could be tempted to buy a second one for my stash!

Lookfantastic's service has been terrible lately. I will never order with them again. Part of my order arrived damaged. I had to chase for over a week. Eventually they agreed to replace but I have to wait over a month so it can be sent from the supplier despite it showing on the website.

I’m enjoying the lumene too but it has reminded me why I normally don’t have a single company calendar as it gets a bit samey

I usually prefer the multi brand ones too costa - I have Liberty and LF for December. But this Lumene one has been great as it’s a new brand for me (thanks to this thread!) and I wouldn’t have known which if their various skincare lines to go for, so this has allowed me to try a few of them out. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and have my eye on a few bits which don’t seem to be in the calendar.

I have Liberty and LF too (and H&B and Fortnums ) and do like the products so far, and may well re purchase some

Just a little bit I forgot I had the Fortnums as it came in sept and ordered Liberty. I also had Arran but opened that straight away

I’m going to have two in Dec and two in jan, or maybe one in jan and one in Feb. Maybe next year I’ll get a years worth

The Fortnums looks fab - I decided to get it this year instead of Liberty but then dithered so long that it was gone when I finally made my mind up!

Well LF being on stock is a good sign for those who don't have theirs yet but LF should perhaps concentrate on sending calendars to those who have already ordered

Despite not having ordered a Look Fantastic calendar, I have become very invested in whether other MNers will ever receive theirs.

Mine is currently in a LF warehouse in the UK, a warehouse belonging to a courier in Poland and in the central sorting centre in Dublin. All at the same time. Pretty amazing really.

I opened Space NK advent for my birthday in September, LIberty is my christmas present and I have Cult beauty.

I also bought the Skinstore 12 day as the price of the advent was close to the cost of one of the products I really want and that was opened on the day it arrived!

Really hope all the LF arrive on time too, annoying they aren't able to manage delivery.

Has anyone got the l'occitane one? Cos I do and am very excited for Dec 1st.

I guess its not strictly a beauty advent calendar - so probably in the wrong place here...

Elle is now sold out too. There isn't really much left for Black Friday this year.
