I ordered on the 4th October and mine isnt here yet so don't think there's any order to sending them out!

Mine was ‘dispatched’ on Monday morning and still hasn’t got to Royal Mail yet according to the tracking link Was supposed to have been here by yesterday. LF won’t look into it yet.

I got my LF calendar and I also got the HB one which I think I will give to sd26. She is a nurse so might be something nice for to have for the dark December mornings. I also just completely impulse bought the the Liberty face saving beauty kit. I really need to stop buying stuff for my face.

I contacted LF today as my calendar was supposedly despatched 7 days ago but still hasn't reached Royal Mail. LF has responded that they have raised it with their courier team for an update. I'll wait a few days to see if I hear anything more, if not I'll be requesting a refund.

I contacted LK customer service yesterday, calendar supposedly sent on Monday but Royalmail tracking saying they’d been advised but not received the item.
First response from LK said I’d receive it before December
So I sent another, pointing out that
They’d sent a dispatch email Including tracking number and charged me for the calendar
I later got another email which said they’ve has some issues but it has been dispatched from their European warehouse and should be with Royalmail in the next few days. I’ll wait to see if tracking updates over the weekend

Yes I’m slightly reassured if it’s the same for others. I messaged and they said they wouldn’t investigate until the 28th. Not impressed.

I had a subscription box with LF up until August. I cancelled it as there was a missing item in a few of the boxes this year. When I contacted them, they asked for pictures of all that I had received which I gave them. They promised to send out the missing items but I never received them. I kept being told they were 'being processed'...nearly three months later I have received zilch. LF used to be so good but lately...I dunno.

foilflower in my email, I told them that I was on an online forum, didn’t say which one, and I said that there were several posters having the same issues so it couldn’t be put down to Royalmail,

Lumene. Although if my LF one hasn't at least shipped by november, I might hold off. It would be terrible not to have one in December.

Hmm, the main reason I didn’t order the LF calendar this year was that I had just had a pretty poor experience with them on an order. Unusually for me, I responded to one of the gazillion special offer emails they sent, because there was a good discount and a good free gift offered on an expensive product I use regularly. When I checked out, both the discount and gift were showing, but my order confirmation email had neither. It took over 10 emails over the course of a week plus twice needing to send copies of the original email offer, to get both the discount and the free gift sorted (which I did eventually receive). It really put me off ordering from them despite my previous experience with them having been good.

I think LF and Glossybox might be within the same company? I was a subscriber for quite a few years to both, but this past year I have seen them both go downhill quite noticeably. Very late deliveries, items missing, customer service stringing you along for as long as possible hoping you will give up. Yet the PR people like Eltoria never seem to have issues.

I assumed LK was LF, and was then very confused when you confirmed it was LK
