That's quite an article! 'Mad as a box of frogs' springs to mind, although the tale of her putting the pea under her mattress as a child and feeling like she didn't belong afterwards is ever so sad. The ring sounds intriguing.....maybe it will give Marie a run for her money?

They do seem well suited, I can imagine that American way of being "spiritually extrovert" of being very much ML:s cup of tea and I can see her just relaxing into it. Yes that article hasn't changed my views on the Shaman. Terrible that he experienced racism in Norway. But I can't get on board with his beliefs. Can you imagine paying $1000 for a session with anyone where they spend time talking to and fondling their lover?

I think he's a total sham - not for his beliefs because, fair enough, as a religious person I can get behind that all religion is a sham to some extent, but charging that money for it screams of quack to me. The kindest I can say is that he seems to believe what he sells, so isn't a hypocrite in that way, and that he seems kind to ML. ;)
