Love Max only she could get away with those looks. I am slightly envious that she wears so much jewellery and it works - always rings, bracelets, earrings and a necklace - she obviously does not subscribe to the Coco Chanel directive of taking one thing off before you leave the house

Hello, long-time lurker (since the first thread!) here. I've just been reading the slightly batshit thread in active convos about whether Camilla will ever get to be queen, and something occurred to me. If my calcs are correct, Charles has now been married to Camilla for longer than he was married to Diana:

C&D: July 1981 to August 1996 (15 years, 1 month)
C&C: April 2005 to present (15 years, 7 months)

Just thought I'd share it as it seemed like the sort of snippet that you might like!

Charles has launched his own sustainable fashion line within the last few days. It's called Modern Artisan and is a collaboration between the Prince's Foundation and YOOX Net a Porter.
The clothes are designed in Italy, and inspired by the knots, twists, drapes and pleats in Da Vinci's drapery. The clothes are made in the UK using fabrics such as wool, silk and cashmere. Prices start at about £400 for a simple piece.
Charles hopes that owners will wear these clothes for many years, (as he does with his own clothes) so they come with instructions for repairing them as well as the usual care instructions.

So, can we look forward to Kate taking on board some of this ethic, and perhaps limiting her serious coat buying habit? Is Anne, well known for her rewears, going to be the face of Modern Artisan? Will Megs be draped in the Da Vinci drapes to help open up the USA market?

She is very physically attractive, slim and pretty but for me your quote nails it - she has an inner beauty and joy that just constantly shines out. Her face looks kind too. I just love her!

I'm not massively invested in it all (ok maybe a bit!)
I think in all fairness Camilla and Charles have been married as a 'proper couple' if you know what I mean, whereas sadly Charles and Diana were legally married for a long time, but the marriage was emotionally over by probably only a few short years in.

I've finished watching 'The Crown'! Loved it, I'm glad to have binge watched it as it was really absorbing, and I enjoyed the historical stuff going on in each episode too. Fab. Except....what on Earth am I going to watch now?

I'm yet to start s4. Looking forward to it though!

Yes, think you're right. I sort of clumsily meant by 'proper couple' (and who know what really goes on of course) that C&C were a love match and C&D sadly had a near arranged marriage.

Oh I'm glad you enjoyed it frugal. I've just watched the first episode of Series 4 but sadly can't binge at the moment as too much other stuff going on. So far I'm really impressed by the actress who plays Diana.
