Loving the colours people are rocking over the last few days - cheers me up no end. Must do better myself! New dress arrived - must try it on and take a pic tomorrow

It’s a bit of an odd fit. The top half is quite snug (even though I read the reviews and sized up), but the bottom half is quite baggy. Which is strange, as I’m often a bigger size in trousers than in tops.

If you are unsure @OublietteBravo back it goes. It looks nice but I can’t really see the bottom of it.

I’ve wanted a jumpsuit ever since I saw Naga on bbc breakfast wearing a blue warehouse one. Have never found it for sale!

I’m in my 4th dress of the week. And enjoying the novelty of being able to wear suede boots even though it is raining!

I’m going to try it on in better light whilst DD (16) is around before making a decision. I think it’s just the style it’s meant to be (it’s this one.

Sent back a pair of nice jeans from boden's Black Friday offer which were too similar to others I own. Almost kept them but have quickly packaged up and sealed the parcel so DH can take to PO when he goes to chemist for me later!

It's another rubbish day today sadly, really grey. DD's pain etc is improving greatly though she now has a lovely crop of ulcers! I think poor thing is what my mum called 'run down'.
I had planned a different outfit based on this shirt but had to try on all my black jeans to compare and ended up too exhausted to take these off!

I think the fit of the boilersuit looks good on you @OublietteBravo I like the colour too but I must admit that garment+colour together do rather give me Jail break vibes.

I was back in the office yesterday and only have a bad picture but I wore:

Absolutely freezing today so in my warmest jumper!

And you can't see them but my socks have penguins in santa hats on the ankles as my nod to the festive season!

I've got a few virtual meetings with external people today so bit smarter than usual (on my top half, anyway!) Just got the great news that DH has been promoted, too, so champagne is on ice for later. Feel like we've been waiting for this for a while and I'm really pleased for him.

@Babyyodasmacarons not sure what size you're looking for, but they have it in stock in John Lewis if you search for it. I'm a 10-12, more of a 12, and mine is a small, for reference.

Love that shirt @toastfiend - looks fab. I had to make a wee trip into town today despite the fact we have snow here. OTK boots from Lucy Choi, faux leather skirt from Silkfred, jumper from Baukjen. I think the baker boy is from ASOS. Snow is melting now, thank goodness!

Chucking it down here still and most of our access roads are closed apparently so maybe a quiet day!

@toastfiend was it you who asked about hair? When I lost my hair due to chemo I had weird regrowth and went to a specialist chemo hairdresser ( Toni and guy have this service in big towns, had to go a long way) and she recommended baby shampoo to start and then Aveda damage remedy shampoo and conditioner ( which they didn't sell). Then I used a gentle l'occitane range and now I switch between this two and sometimes use this TRESeme conditioner. My hair is in pretty good condition now although I still have the baby hair at my temples which I've learned to live with. DD had the same issue with regrowth after chemo three years ago and we just used baby shampoo when we could wash her hair. Her hair is now curly ( was strong wave like me) and we try to do curly girl but uts far too tricky for her and me to manage with her just in bed!
