That’s beautiful Oubliette. I bought a couple of sequin midi skirts from Next last year but I just can’t seem to get them to work on me

I hope the procedure goes ahead on Thursday Sooverthemill. I’ve also recently gone private for some health stuff & the options & care was amazing. Out of your two Xmas jumpers I prefer the dark one! I think it fits you better too

@Sooverthemill I think one is a Christmas jumper and the other a winter one so I'd keep them both!

Ooh amazing skirts! Struggling not to shop here! We have one more week of lock down and then hopefully I'll be back in the office two days a week and I think I'll allow myself to buy a couple of Christmassy things!

Today I'm in head to toe H&M again, no prizes for guessing where half of my clothes come from!! Long sleeved top underneath my shirt is Penneys (Primark) though!

Thank you people. I also prefer the dark one and think the other is too big ( but is my usual size). The DDs both like the scenic one which I quite like but don't think I will get as much wear from. So that will be returned on Saturday when DH can get out to PO. Am guessing that normal shops will be one next week? I'm a bit confused tbh

@Sooverthemill I'm so sorry to hear your DD is still so poorly. It's so terribly unfair on her and you. I hope the prodecure goes smoothly on Thursday and offers some improvement for her in terms of swallowing and discomfort. Hopefully the journey to London will be smooth without too much traffic, too. Can't believe the blood test results still aren't back. That's terrible! Have they given any explanation or a steer as to when you can expect them now?

Sorry to hear that your daughter is still having a hard time and that the tests are being testing @Sooverthemill. All the very best with the journey to London. Great white stuff skirt @OublietteBravo Thanks for your comments about my hair . It had the shine and texture of a Brillo pad when I dyed it and needed dyed every 4 weeks. Great not to have the tyranny of regular hairdressers appointments now. I had a chin length bob when growing it out. Perhaps consider a cut before going back to the dye? I love the red skirt but sadly when I looked at it yesterday they only had a small left and I think I'd only be able to get it to my knees/get one leg in it! 😂 The blue is an amazing colour, though, my favourite colour, and I ADORE the colours in the Hush one! Gosh, I'm going to be spending a fortune buying everyone's amazing suggestions to try on! 😂

@toastfiend go for it! It's quite a cheap sweatshirt - you're definitely paying for the screen printing rather than the quality of the fabric! - but it fits nicely and the printing is decent quality, so I'm pleased with it 😊

@itssquidstella can I ask what the sizing is like, please? They've sold out of a medium in the pink and I'm wondering if I should go for small or large. I like my jumpers a bit baggy but not excessively so... I'm a 10-12, more of a 12, though!

I'm normally a 10 and I went for M rather than S so it would be a bit looser, and it fits well - it's a bit baggy but not oversized.

I imagined I’d find it easier to adapt my existing autumn/winter wardrobe to WFH. But that isn’t really how it is working out. My office is normally quite warm - my house is not. I’m definitely still trying to get to grips with this.
