I don’t really like WFH at all. But it does mean that I can wear suede boots even when it’s raining.

Not worn these leggings in ages not sure if I should wear boots or trainers with them? The boots look more sleek bit the trainers look more modern. And yes I need the iron the jumper 🤫

Very wet dog walk this morning. Just got changed into my sporty dress and docs and off for a haircut x

DS developed a high temperature last night so I've had to take him for a Covid test today as nursery won't let him back in the setting without one next week, which is fair enough. So we're all stuck at home until the results come back. My bonkers dog is already going mad for lack of a walk, so I'm feeling a bit frazzled. Hopefully it comes back negative. Poor DS he's very cuddly and needy today but seems OK in himself otherwise, if a bit warm. I think it's just a nursery cold as he's snotty and no cough, but who knows? Fingers crossed it turns out to be nothing.

@Sickoffamilydrama yep definitely trainers. I hope your little man feels better soon @toastfiend and the test is negative so you can all get out and about. My daughter is having a tonsillectomy tomorrow 😬😬

Hi all. I'm not well, and have today got dressed for the first time all week.

Fatface black dungarees (new, and I love them) with a Jigsaw long sleeved top under them and a chunky cream Next cardigan on top. Perfect, comfortable slob wear.

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie I hope you feel better soon. I’m kind of dresses same as yesterday but can’t bring myself to put a bra on yet!

Ooh @RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie I have those in blue and I love them. I got the Lewis ones in black but haven't worn them yet. I think trainers/ low or hi tops/ brogues/ mules but probably not ankle boots unless narrow at the top? Hmm need a think!

I've got some clumpy heeled ankle boots (very 90s) which fit tightly around the top, which might work.

Low-top Converse will definitely work. I don't like hi-tops on me.

Not sure about mules.

I don't wear docs anymore - feel too, "Fat old goth" in them.

Loving those boots @Softpebbles and @OublietteBravo - probably the one good thing about colder weather for me is getting the boots out! Still hanging on in with the plan to wear more ‘real’ clothes and make a decent effort even in these challenging times. Just been out with my dog in cracking boots from Terry de Havilland that I just love and if dog walking is the only time just now that I get to wear them, then so be it! Skirt from All Saints, and purple sweater from a cashmere place online.

Hello can I join you all? I was in the plus size thread but it's quite quiet.

I love clothes ( and bags and boots!) and I went through a phase of not bothering much which didn't help my state of mind so I'm back doing my hair, makeup and wearing mostly decent clothes again.

I love how stylish you all look, I adore clothes even though I'm bigger and tend to buy a lot in supermarkets then buy second hand cashmere Ect on eBay.

I'm a size 20 top thanks to a tummy and large norks and 18 bottom, im a very strange apple shape with small legs so I have to be careful what I wear.

My style is quite boring and predictable but it works for me in the most part, I'll upload three photos from the last few days. In the first I'm wearing a simply be dress with a joules jacket and Hobbs boots. In the second (today) I'm wearing a George tunic top, very wide leg jeans ( my go to) and a fat face cardigan with joules boots.

Finally I'm out for drinks tonight and I'm wearing a studio 8 ( which I believe is the plus size arm of phase 8 ) little black dress. I love it so much because it pulls in at the waist and is very flattering. Pink Hobbs sandals ( from eBay ) and my pink velvet bag.

Thanks @Shannith. My daughter told me I looked like a librarian from the 1940s! Which is a look I love. Especially as I had a vegan leather red satchel over my shoulder as I headed out the door. They were last year but I'm sure they still do them. I've been trying to find forest green and mustard cable knit tights but can't seem to find any.
