And one more empty from me. I know there's a lot of love for this product, but I'm not sure about it. Something is making my skin more easily irritated at the moment, and this is so tingly, I wonder if it was to blame. That said, it was a very satisfying tingle!

@BookShark I now realise why I like Excel so much!!!

I do have a bit of a thing for nice stationery too but I am trying real hard to not hoard it anymore and so am using a notebook to journal and another one for my You Tube video scripts and then I have a week planner which doubles up as a mousepad.

I have one empty:

• Avon 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner - aloe vera and macadamia nut. A lovely friend gave this to me - it was fine but did not help tackle my oily roots... so onwards and upwards in that quest (which I will no doubt film about at some stage!!) 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I used a Body Shop green tea bath bomb I found at the back of the cupboard, it was nice.

Also finaly finished a full size S&G rightous butter, I do like it but it goes on and on and on.... Im moving onto a Clarins moisture rich body lotion.

One empty- a mini Strivectin vitamin C. I'll be honest, I wanted this because of the fancy packaging (pink and orange ) , glad I got a mini to try, as didn't like the texture of smell, and didn't feel like it was "doing anything " - eg the Medik8 and Kiehls ones I've tried give a nice warm glow feeling.

Some more empties. B impressed with The Ordinary caffeine solution, I could see a difference after using it

Pixi by Petra Glow Tonic used to be my HG but… not anymore! Pixi’s toner contains glycolic acid which makes skin extremely photosensitive, and may cause irritation and dehydration. Paula’s Choice’s toner contains salicylic acid which I’ve found to be less harsh, yet more effective. It literally made my skin feel like velvet! 😍 I still have three bottles of Glow Tonic to work through, but once I’m done with them, I won’t be coming back.

Few empties... Andalou Naturals Brightening Vitamin C BB Beauty Balm - Sheer Tint SPF 30. Love this. Smells amazing, feels great, lovely, radiant finish. Everyone comments on my skin when I’m wearing this. It is VERY light, though. Don’t kid yourself into thinking that this one is universal. It’s universally pale white. However, I’m not. I’m dark yellow, or pale tan. (Trust me to be difficult!) I have to mix it with the Nars Glow Booster in the darkest shade and it’s perfect.
Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses® Colour + Correct SPF 30 in the darkest shade, Sheer Tan. Firstly, it’s not that dark. I still mix in the same Nars goop. (just not as much.) I love these products......just not as much..... this is great, but I prefer the finish of other. Also, it bloody stinks!!!

Damn! Pressed it too soon! Brown Flower beauty eyeliner. Why are they all kicking the bucket? Maybe it’s the weather!!! (Hot as Hades here!) Also esp hot in my room! Suspect it’s shrinkage!
Curel foaming cleanser - love.
Andalou coconut hydrating foaming cleanser. Not bad, but prefer the Curel.

T&G blue shampoo - OMG! Smurf Central! This stuff’s awesome!

Superdrug dry shampoo gone. Nice but no batiste.

Also a child’s farm bath bubbles. Clementine flavour I think.

I went a bit bonkers today in the Black Friday sales. 🤦🏼‍♀️😱🤦🏼‍♀️ Before you boot me out, they’re (almost) all Christmas gifts. Where I live in Aus, it’s business as usual, so the shops were heaving. I simply hit Sephora and Mecca (nicer than Sephora) and bolted. I bought myself a new foundation brush (mine was shedding) and a rubber broom thing for the dog hair on the carpet. Not exactly scintillating stuff. The DDs scored, though.... (Including a gift pack each of the Laneige Lip Masks with a lemon sorbet exclusive mini that I am coveting already!)

@BookSkark I love the planners that you liked, 10% off today, I have just spent far too long personalising one and going to order, even though I don't need one as I already have 2021 inserts for my Filofax (I'm old school and like paper diaries) but I have enabled myself by thinking it will spark joy.

Are Black Friday - I wanted to get a Mulberry but the one I liked is not on offer.

Finished a touché eclat and have broken my foundation brush by washing it. Balls. So now probably need to buy a new one. (Or revert to using my fingers).

Don’t buy a Tarte foundation brush, @ememem84!!! I’ve just chucked out three that wouldn’t stop shedding! I’d stick to Ecotools or Realtechniques!

Thanks for the tip! I do like the real techniques ones. So will more than likely buy one of these.

Hi everyone I fell off the thread again!! No major use ups here just one ted baker travel size soap bar i got in a gift set for my birthday nothing life changing just nice pleasant ted baker type smell. However!!!! I have succumbed to a cath kidston advent calendar so will have l lot of mini toiletries come end of Dec to use I plus have been told I'm getting toiletries/cosmetics as part of Christmas gift (I do not need more!!!) Also treated myself to some more konjac sponges in the amazon black friday sale but use these daily so will be used up and also some muslin cloths to use with my many hot cloth cleaners and cleansing balms so one use up but manu more incoming on balance not good 😂😂😂

Just received a Guerlain abeille double serum to review. Also finished Estée Lauder moisturiser and advanced repair testers.

Just on the final scrapings of M&S sleep cream, but have a pure one to replace it.

Successfully avoided any Black Friday purchases.
