I'll start. This is an Avon one - Unforgettable. I'm not usually one for pinks but I think it's glorious!

This is a great colour, a lovely nude pink. It’s really one of the only pink lipstick that suits me.

Inspired by this thread, I wore lipstick today for a day of wfh 😊. Tried two liquid lipsticks I got from Primark just before lockdown. First one was very dark, almost black, wiped it off after an hour or so and changed to a neutral shade. Not so long lasting and made more of an impact on my mug of coffee than on my lips.

I fancy trying something different, has anyone tried the Glossier Generation G? I like the idea of being a matte blotted look.

Yay! Yes please. I haven't worn any today, (not left the house.) But I shall report back tomorrow when I do my make-up for work.

Late to the party! My go to- No 7 high shine lip crayon in Rosy Blush. For me, its just the right, slightly pinky red with enough colour and shine to have some impact without looking too much on a casual look. I think of it as my chic "French girl" pop of colour- lol!

Mac Ruby Woo. I got it a while ago through back to Mac, but haven't worn it more than once or twice.
It's a really nice red, and the matte finish is great, but I find it so dry that it is hard to apply - I need a lip brush for it, so it is not the kind of lipstick I can just throw on and run out the door.

MAC Mull It Over, one of my favourite shades.

I'm in Lisa Eldridge Velvet Morning today. I always wear matte lipstick and find they are fine under a mask, although I don't use public transport so tend to just wear one for shopping, in a restaurant or whatever, for a short time.

I do enjoy reading these threads! I am wearing a Primark lustre lipstick today. The shade is High Society.

Clinique Stellar Plum lip gloss.

It is my absolute favourite but was discontinued about 3 years ago.

I found an almost unused one in a handbag on Monday. It made me ridiculously happy.

Can’t post a pic but I’m wearing MAC powder kiss liquid in “sorry not sorry”. It’s a lovely earthy red.

Only just seen this thread, I love a lipstick! I tend to find a formulation I like and buy it in loads of colours.

I find NYX Soft Matt Liquid Lip colour not drying.

I got a new lipstick yesterday which I've worn today - too shy for a pic but I had a few "you look well"comments. It's this one Day Club

It looks like a really scary bright coral but when blotted leaves a really nice subtle stain that brightens up my face - which is mind of what I want from a lipstick. Annoyingly, I watched a YT video critiquing all the NYX Shout Loud lipsticks and my shade Day Club was one of two that the reviewer didn't like. Hilariously, the other one she didn't like was Desert Rose which I also have and love . We are different skin tones/hair colour though.

For reference, I'm NC25 or 3WO skin with green eyes and strawberry blonde/light copper hair.

I've just realised this looks like an advert for NYX - I don't work for them honest - I just find them to be really approachable on counter and are practically half the price of MAC.

I hate it when Clinique discontinue lipsticks.
I still haven't got over the loss of Baby Kiss - the most perfect MLBB - it was the exact shade of the inside of my mouth.
And my beloved Ruby Glass which I wore on my wedding day - the most perfect sheer red with gold flecks.
If anyone remembers these and can recommend dupes, please tell me.

I have Mehr but it's a little too cool toned for me - Mull It Over looks like a much better option - for reference, what colouring do you have? Are you cool or warm toned?

I've found NYX eyeliner to be a very good dupe for Mac if anyone is interested.

Anyhow, today's lipstick is Bobbi Brown Sandwash pink-it's my favourite 'everyday' lipstick and when I can be bothered use ballet pink lip liner (also BB)

I wish I could wear Sandwash Pink - I have it but it really washes me out - ditto Pillow Talk. I'm just not the right colouring for beautiful pink nudes unfortunately.

I'm going out tonight so I'm currently wearing L'Oréal rouge signature in 115 I am worth it.

Picture attached that makes my lips look wonky, I'm pretty sure they are not wonky in real life!

Today's lipstick of choice is Clinique black honey. Loving the old classics at the moment.

I am finding that matte red lipsticks go very odd on me - they almost do the opposite of feathering. I get little lines of no colour just around the edges. I assume this is because they are drying my lips?

Oh, I bought the Pillow Talk as well- because it looks good on EVERYONE they said. Well...sorry, no. I think I have exactly the wrong skin tone (quite fair, yellow undertones) and it just looks bland, too brown, not pink enough. On the plus side, it feels great and smells fabulous, so I just mix it with a better colour. Is there a good red in CT?

I have CT in Magic Red. It's matte and sooooo red. I use it with Lipstick Queen Medieval lipliner, then powder over it to set and I can wear a mask all day long and no smudges

@JMAngel1 I’m warm toned so it works really well on me. It’s nice to find a lipstick that suits me, I find that most are more suited to cool tones. So many people rave about Ruby Woo and it looks awful on me.
