My droopy jowl mini face lift result pics

I promised I would post pics of my mini-lift for others who were possibly considering it. I got out of theatre at 2.45 and the swelling is starting to kick in now. Surgeon said that is to be expected. Jowls gone along with burgeoning turkey neck.
Before and immediately after pics wrong way round obvs.
If anyone is interested, I am more than happy to share daily photos.

Stitches out and surgeon really pleased with progress.Am still a little puffy, puckered and bruised but I managed to walk into town without attracting bemused glances.
This is now day ten and I think looks more than acceptable - have tucked hair behind ears so you can see the scars. They are much improved but still very visible.
Ignore the shine - am greased up in factor 50.

He said visible swelling should go down within another couple of weeks but that residual internal swelling could be a few months. He also said I’d be able to feel it but no one would be able to see it at all. The sides of my face are still numb and that will take a while to go.

@hustler2020 - there is cutting and stitching but the underlying muscle is also pulled up vertically.

Not rtf. Don't want to put a downer on this (you look great op), but I had this done about 3 years ago and was very happy with the result. Then I broke a rear molar and had to have 3 unsuccessful root canal procedures plus 3 trips to dental hospital. I could feel the pulling from my cheekbones to jaw and all the benefits were lost.

@Pasghetti - no. I have always had them. He did say I could get them lipoed but they do not bother me in the slightest so I am sticking with them. Think they are because of my short chin but you can’t really see them when my face is moving in real life.
