We’ve walked the dog and are about to bake. We are gluten bff out for tea for the first time since kick down so a bit nervous about that but looking forward to no cooking. Only going to a casual pub.

I got dressed in a slightly different outfit this morning, but the moment I walked downstairs my parents' badly behaved puppy jumped all over me with filthy paws, so I was straight back upstairs to change again! Think I prefer my dungarees with it anyway, though.

Original outfit:

Boots - unsure on brand, they were a preloved bargain.
Earrings - unknown brand

Everything else the same but replaced the jeans with my Lucy & Yak dungarees once I'd been covered in muddy paw prints!

I'm wearing the same as the other day but swapped boots for trainers as it's not really cold enough for big boots yet. It looks colder than it is today.

Weather has actually been really good here but there's definitely and autumnal nip in the air! Dungarees yesterday for a day of toddler wrangling:

Worn with yellow new balance trainers when I went out

Today I met a friend who lives a couple of hours away in a outlet shopping centre which is about halfway between us. Had a bit of a browse and bought a pair of grey and purple new balance trainers (I have a problem but to be fair these were half price!). More importantly had a lovely lunch and catch up as we hadn't seen each other in months.

Wore with grey converse style trainers and leather biker jacket - meant to take a picture of the full outfit while I was out but was too busy yapping!

Thanks for all the compliments about yesterday's outfit, obviously it was really eye catching as the security guard in Sainsbury's followed DH and I round the clothing isle... Nothing to do with the big shopping bags we had slung over our shoulders 🤔 I did want to say as he very unsubtly looked in our bags while pretending to look at some clothes "do I look like I steal" 😉

I’m wearing a jacket for the first time in months. It’s overcast this morning and seems very gloomy. Which makes taking a decent photograph very tricky.

@hopewardrobe I got it in the sale last winter. (I’m pretty sure I wore it on New Year’s Eve. When I was at an actual party with lots of people). I probably haven’t worn it since.

I'm in an repeat outfit pulled on fast because electricians came at 7.15 rather than the 8 I was expecting! I have my first trip out of house since 23 March today too, Osteopath appointment which I so desperately need. Bit nervous but I am sure it will be fine. Also realised that the senior osteopath in the practice is married to my builder.

Well I’ve sold two pairs of trainers on. eBay so far to find my new ones! I am hoping my hush dress and skirt arrived soon!

@OublietteBravo I know what you mean about not wearing things as not really going anywhere. We did go out for tea last night for the first time and we all enjoyed it. Me the most as I didn’t have to think what to cook and actually cook!

@Rollerbird you look brilliant. Also had a densit trip today to glue my temporary false tooth (long story) back in.

Luckily it mean I got to have look round a couple of charity shops and got some bargains.

I got 5 other tops and a jacket for £1 each which I'll wear throughout the week. And a pair of Russell and Bromley grey/brown leather knee high mum boots, (fuck it - I'm a mum) for £30 which is clearly way more than I'd normally spend in a charity shop in a single item but as far as I can tell they are basically brand new and a 5 1/2 which is my actual shoe size though wear a 6 because nowhere does 1/2 sizes.

The jeans saga continues! Had these 3 come today.
