If someone else has already started one of these please direct me over. I’m not qualified to be the OP of these wonderful threads... but I typed the below and I will be heard

Neither the dress nor the tiara are my personal favourites.

But bloody hell it’s got class.

Granny’s dress and tiara turn it from ‘shameful secret wedding because daddy can’t be seen in public anymore’ to ‘intimate family occasion fully supported and loved by Grandmother, The Queen’. I think it’s a huge showing of support from the Queen to her granddaughter and that’s lovely.

I thought that too re the very very expensive ( for what it was ) dress and high heels to pack boxes to help those in need. It jarred a bit. It's not often Kate gets it wrong like that.

She is far more hands on and dressed appropriately in the photos itswinetime posted. Great smile.

I do think that KM has become much more secure in her role (and by that I mean her role in relation to her patronages, so her as DoC.. not simply her role as PW's wife). I don't know whether its the informality of zoom or having developed experience in her 'field' of early years... She was always very polite and engaged but she seems more relaxed too - the interaction with the press (I presume) as she's picking up the box I can't imagine her doing a couple of years ago.

I agree, I think it shows In everything, demeanour, conversation and clothes.

Because she is more relaxed and doing a more confident ‘job’ she can get away with ridiculously expensive white dresses to heft charity boxes and nobody (except us 😉) bats an eye.

I like the Biden dress pics- not because I love the dress (I don’t particularly) but because she looks like a well meaning but not terribly useful NCT volunteer 🤣 relatable

Camilla looked super at the VJ commemorative service in Staffordshire today. I adore her ostrich feather hat, wonderfully flamboyant, she has worn it before I think, and no-one can wear pearls quite like Camilla!

Charles looked dapper as always, but I wish Boris would do something about his hair!
