Just wanted to give you all a heads up. They are UNREAL. Use them after soaking in a bath and you get sooooo much great dead skin come off, you can see it all in the bottom of the bath afterwards! especially great for places you don't usually exfoliate like bum/ back of legs/ back. 4.99 on amazon, highly recommended!

I like the long Japanese wash cloths. Can get right between my shoulder blades with them.

I ordered some of these and they arrived today. Just finished using them in the bath and oh my Lordy - I have shed so much skin. My skin is so soft now.

I soaked the mitt and myself in the bath for about 20 minutes before I used it. First put soap on it but it did nothing. I then tried with it damp on damp skin and that's when it really got to work.

Can't describe how / why this is different to normal gloves but it is. Definitely recommend

I dont know what they're made of but they are incredible- and they last ages, you can throw them in the washing machine to freshen them up. I bought a pack of them in different colours 2 years ago and haven't binned any yet, although I only use them regularly in summer. The colours are i think different grades of scrubby strength - the green are the most effective so I would go for those.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Mine arrived on Saturday. I lay in the bath last night for half an hour then used the cloth. My skin felt softer but I was disappointed not to shed any skin?

Stellakent- I didn't either, although I showered and then used them. No Masses of skin, but skin feels much softer. I'm going to run a bath tomorrow and try after soaking for a while!

@catsmother I've had mine for about 3 years and they are still fine. I just check them in the washing machine after each use.

Thanks for sharing, I've added to basket. I've tried Ameliorite lotion for my quite bad KP but didn't work for me, maybe combined with the cloth it will work better.

I ordered some a few weeks ago and was underwhelmed. I think it's because I use a shower puff everyday which does exfoliate my skin. So when I used the towels, they didn't remove much skin.

@QueenCT I've never been as soft (and traumatised 😁) as when I emerged from my first experience in a Moroccan hammam...those kessa/kiis (gloves) are the absolute GOAT. Would you mind reporting back on the soap? Is it properly jellyish!? I've ordered before from Amazon years ago and was underwhelmed with what I got - it wasn't as sticky and jellyish as the good stuff.

I got these last time there was a craze for them on S&B! They do make your skin like glass. They haven’t fixed my KP but it’s much better from a combination of that and using soap instead of shower gel. But I only remember to use them about once a month.

Those of you reporting smooth arses - how are you achieving this with these cloths? Just frantic scrubbing after a soak in the bath? Because I did that and my arse is not smooth

OK, so last night I soaked in the bath for the prescribed 30 minutes and then went to town.
Still no big lumps of skin but I definitely feel smoother and softer so not a complete waste of time!
