Boob size - proportion? (pic)

Have nc'd as this is quite outing.

Have had a Zoom consultation with a surgeon for my breast augmentation. It's something I've wanted for a loooooooong time, as my breasts have never been in proportion with my (ample) lower body. After breastfeeding for so long my A cups are like little empty socks Sad

I just wondered if this kind of size is in proportion with my body? It's hard for me to be objective and I don't have any female friends to ask. I've only done it with rice in the feet of tights so it's not perfect science, just wanted an idea of implant size v body size. Thank you Grin

I think the rice does a great job and much cheaper than a boob job 😁

@PerfidiousAlbion

Its hard to tell because of the angle of your pictures - it makes you look ‘all up top and no bottom.’

Be aware that you can wear bras and inserts to make them bigger but you cant make them smaller and if you’re athletic and suddenly get a big bust, your balance will be off because of the weight shift on every step.

There’s also the style element; for example, a simple shift dress or spaghetti strap dress post implants will look sexy rather than ‘understated/stylish’ so your image will change.

Yeah you're right about the photos Blush

I didn't consider the style element tbh or sexy vs understated. I'm used to not wearing a bra and/or not having to. The impact of my boobs (other than the lack of them) on my clothing and image hasn't ever been a consideration.

@ShowOfHands

A "c cup" means nothing.

I'm an E cup and have v small boobs.

You know you don't have an ample lower half don't you? You admit to exercising lots and are clearly slim. If you genuinely think that's ample then I'd worry that you have more significant body issues than just wanting a boob job and in that case, it might not help.

You look wonderful as you are BTW 😊

I think the photos do my ample arse a disservice really. To put it in perspective, my waist is 27" and my hips are "41". I am definitely bottom heavy. My arse projects back quite a lot! Hence the 'ample' comment

I think the rice boobs photo, looks a perfect size. Definitely wouldnt go any bigger. Saw your natural size pic too, you have a great body. You dont need the implants at all, but if it make you feel better, then go for it.

Thighdentitycrisis · 26/06/2020 22:00

They look right, but the angle of the photo could be distorting as it’s kind of from above which makes them look a bit bigger

I agree with that! DP (a foot taller than me!) took the photos which has skewed it

Can you take a photo lower down so theres more of a true perspective?

FWIW I think based on those pics that looks about right.

I went from a 32 D cup to a 36 F when i was pregnant and have settled back at a 34 D but I have feel I have very little actual breast tissue or fat: they're like snooker balls in socks! Can absolutely see if you feel you have lost volume too that it's a good choice for you (I'd love mine done) but as pp have said I am seeing nowhere near a large bottom heavy figure.

SionnachGlic · 26/06/2020 22:15

I am big on top (& a bit in the middle now after lockdown) & tbh would prefer to be a little smaller...I say DD wd be perfect. The rice boobs look good in those pics.....they cd be the new chicken fillets! And cheaper than the boob job as you've already said 😂

I wouldn't be one for going under the knife... but if it you really want it OP, then go for it & I hope you love your new boobs.

Yamaya · 26/06/2020 22:16

Wow really? It makes me a bit sad that someone with as perfect a figure as you feels the need to put themselves through surgery to alter themselves! You will have scars etc... Absolutely nothing wrong with you apart from your mind!

Bodgedboxdye · 26/06/2020 22:20

@Yamaya the scars are only small, and hardly noticeable.

Cantbutwill · 26/06/2020 22:22

I think your natural figure looks great, very athletic fit and healthy. I hate having to dress big boobs, it’s very restrictive and would love the more athletic look. But of course, each to their own. Do what makes you happy.

PeasInAPot · 26/06/2020 22:24

How tall are you OP?

Norkage · 26/06/2020 22:25

I think the grass is always greener sadly - it definitely is for me. I look at busty women and wish I looked like that, and similarly at women with straight hair (mine is wavy and uncontrollable). And women who have those attributes I find desirable may want the opposite.

What back size are you currently wearing?

I think you should try the boob or bust method and try a bra in that size to see if that makes a difference without surgery.

Personally, I always wore a 34b. Boob or bust put me at a 30e. I thought no chance because I've got no boobs but gave it a try anyway. Honestly my boobs look so much better. They look bigger too where they are being held in the right place.

dementedpixie · 26/06/2020 22:41

You never said if you'd measured yourself. I don't think you are an A cup so maybe a well fitting bra would enhance your figure

weathervane1 · 26/06/2020 22:48

The rice boobs look fine. The none rice boobs look nice too. You have a good figure so both look in proportion. Depending how you feel, you could go for another half cup of rice each and I still think you'd look perfectly balanced and not get back ache. You don't have an ample lower half btw - it's a nice shape and size.

BackAwayFatty · 26/06/2020 22:50

They look very in proportion with your body.

I would go a little bigger but that's personal preference 🙂

Veterinari · 26/06/2020 22:56

I think the rice-augmented ones are too large.

You have a lovely slim figure and definite natural boobs which I think are in proportion and don't need augmenting, but I'd say if you do go for the augmentation, don't go so big. You look a bit 'boobs on a stick' in the front on photo.

AnotherCupple · 26/06/2020 23:10

Hmm your without a bra picture looks like me without a bra.

I have a very similar overall shape to you.

But I always wear a bra, very slightly padded, with underwire. And I’m a c cup. And I look like you with the rice boobs in your earlier pictures.

I think you should go and try some good supportive bras before you go for surgery. They make a big difference.

andannabegins · 26/06/2020 23:11

If you fav Ed by t try sought about dressing with boobs and bras etc please really think about it. It is a real pain to have big boobs and have clothes look nice and classy. Also bad backs are areal problem. I would love smaller boobs

andannabegins · 26/06/2020 23:12

Sorry that made no sense...*if you haven't thought

Vaunting · 26/06/2020 23:16

Have you been watching Normal People OP? I like the character Marianne’s breasts in that. I wouldn’t change mine but I like hers.
I used to have massive breasts and after a double mastectomy mine are about the size of your rice boobs. I wish I’d gone a bit smaller but they’re fine. What’s fantastic is not having to wear a bra. If you don’t usually wear a bra start wearing one now while the weather is hot. Keep it on for 12 hours. Then decide Grin

Vaunting · 26/06/2020 23:17

My train of thought wandered sorry...I was thinking your actual breasts are very much like Mariannes and she always looks great in the bedroom scenes.
This is the weirdest conversation...Grin

chubbyhotchoc · 26/06/2020 23:18

I don't need to wear a bra with my 34H augmented breasts and they don't look massive at all. The op won't need to wear a bra because she's had implants. I only wear a bra if I want to really push them up.
