Boob size - proportion? (pic)

Have nc'd as this is quite outing.

Have had a Zoom consultation with a surgeon for my breast augmentation. It's something I've wanted for a loooooooong time, as my breasts have never been in proportion with my (ample) lower body. After breastfeeding for so long my A cups are like little empty socks Sad

I just wondered if this kind of size is in proportion with my body? It's hard for me to be objective and I don't have any female friends to ask. I've only done it with rice in the feet of tights so it's not perfect science, just wanted an idea of implant size v body size. Thank you Grin

@Vaunting

Now you see I like your real breasts but I’ve had massive breasts and they’re a pain in the back and a pain to dress. I love the idea of rice boobs though. Could you stick with those for a while? Could you get expanders? The type of implant that gets injections of saline in via ports. That way you can get some let out if they’re too big? I know they are a thing for mastectomies but maybe not for cosmetic surgery?
I hadn't heard of that but will look into it, thanks. Would be an attractive proposition to be able to adjust the size

@parentofteen

I think they look great OP. Not too big, not too small. Can you imagine paying all that money and wishing you'd gone a little bit bigger?! I think you've gauged them perfectly.
That's my fear!

Rice boobs look perfect size to me. I would ask surgeon for a c/d cup.

Norkage · 26/06/2020 21:16

@epythymy

I think they are just about right/on the bigger size. I wouldn't go bigger if you're wanting them to appear natural and proportional etc. After BFing two children I had the same issue and had 210cc implants making me a D cup from a B and they're still quite "small" but fit my body really well and I'm happy with them! I worried about "size regret" too after reading about it but it depends what you want out of it!
Thank you, that's really useful. So glad you're happy with them Smile

They look fine. Defo in proportion.

I went for a DD in implants. I’m 5’2 and slim. I would say mine look quite big, defo not in proportion with my body, but I wanted big.

Lots of luck for your surgery. ❤️

passthemustard · 26/06/2020 21:18

You have a lovely figure btw, def not 'ample'!!

I have 390cc implants. I was a 32D before I had my implants I'm now a 32GG. In all honesty they are now massive and slightly out of proportion but it could be because I'm pregnant now and they have grown plus some lockdown weight gain 😂 😬

I had breast fed my kids before I went in for surgery and I thought the were saggy and sad. In hindsight I should have gone smaller but I said to my surgeon go big or go home and he did!! He said I plenty of space in my breasts to take that size implant and to thank my kids 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Anything over 350cc is considered a large implant.

Same works for going too big though too don't forget! X
dementedpixie · 26/06/2020 21:23

I think you're bigger than an A cup tbh. An A cup means only 1 inch difference between under bust and over bust measurements

Chesneyhawkes1 · 26/06/2020 21:26

I went from a 32A to a 32C. I wouldn't want them any bigger.

I think they look perfect on you.

Norkage · 26/06/2020 21:26

Thanks ❤

Your post made me laugh passthe mustard Grin

measure tightly under your bust and then around the fullest part. Under bust = back size. Each inch difference between under and over bust gives cup size so 1 inch = A, 2 inch = B, 3 inch = C, 4 inch = D, etc

dementedpixie · 26/06/2020 21:28

p.s the over bust measurement should be measured looser than the under bust measurement

ChinWhiskers · 26/06/2020 21:31

They are too big.

IdblowJonSnow · 26/06/2020 21:34

Stick with the rice boobs?
Without you just look very fit and athletic.
Agree you might attract dickheads w bigger boobs!
Go for whatever makes you happy OP.

ChinWhiskers · 26/06/2020 21:34

The op looks like she already gets plenty of attention for her fab figure anyway... i think the increase in attention needs a more dramatic before and after than this.

ChinWhiskers · 26/06/2020 21:36

Its bums that are all the rage.. you just catch guys more easily when they look at boobs. Op looks like a pear and slim so hence why i reckon shes used to attention Wink

Thankfully I don't get much attention! I think my resting bitch face prevents it Grin

Hopefully if they look in proportion to the rest of me there won't be any problems like that

@passthemustard I wish I’d had your surgeon, when I suggested a DD, he said “you don’t wanna be going any higher than a DD or you’ll get wrong attention”

I wish I’d gone loads bigger.

SirGawain · 26/06/2020 21:37

I know women who would kill for a figure like yours.

HogDogKetchup · 26/06/2020 21:39

I was about to say you don’t look an A. Looks good. I had a boob job 6 years ago and i love them!!

chubbyhotchoc · 26/06/2020 21:39

Putting sizers in isn't really a good way of working out what you need. Generally people always feel they've gone too small with implants. I would recommend you take some naked boob wish photos to your surgeon to show him what you want. Join the surgery groups on fb. Lots of women on there post their before and afters so you'll be able to find someone with a similar body to give you a good idea what your results would be.
I am quite tall and I had 375 cc put in and I was already a C cup. Although I'm a 34G which sounds massive they do not look anything like big on me and i can't actually get any cleavage without a bra because they're not actually big enough for my rib cage. I should have had 500cc at least.

ShowOfHands · 26/06/2020 21:39

A "c cup" means nothing.

I'm an E cup and have v small boobs.

You know you don't have an ample lower half don't you? You admit to exercising lots and are clearly slim. If you genuinely think that's ample then I'd worry that you have more significant body issues than just wanting a boob job and in that case, it might not help.

You look wonderful as you are BTW 😊

PerfidiousAlbion · 26/06/2020 21:41

Its hard to tell because of the angle of your pictures - it makes you look ‘all up top and no bottom.’

Be aware that you can wear bras and inserts to make them bigger but you cant make them smaller and if you’re athletic and suddenly get a big bust, your balance will be off because of the weight shift on every step.

There’s also the style element; for example, a simple shift dress or spaghetti strap dress post implants will look sexy rather than ‘understated/stylish’ so your image will change.

HemulenHouse · 26/06/2020 21:41

I’d pay to look like you.

PeasInAPot · 26/06/2020 21:50

Your figure is lovely OP! Ample lower half my (much more ample) arse!

They look in proportion, but slightly larger than I would go - but its still a good size on you though. Id try different clothes to see how they look on looser things, different styles
