@ilovecherries the Brora prices are still high. There’s nothing that I’m mad about. I like the idea of a shorter jumper to go with the high waist styles. I love the bombardo trousers but I know they’ll look awful on me so I’m resisting. They’re cool though. I can’t wear mohair, too itchy so that means the cheaper cardigans/jumpers are out.

Just spent a fortune returning a box to Toast. Kept one t shirt which ended up being quite an expensive buy

I bought that dress last year too. It’s lovely. It would def work with that top.

I like the ‘nightie’, but actually I’d happily wear it as a dress. The other link is just going to the home page though.

It’s great, isn’t it. I think you can claim 12 times a year, so I save it for things that were heavy or valuable to return. Mainly Toast!

Hmm. I’m not sure about it. All the mismatched checks and that tiny ruffle in the middle would distress me. It’s nearly there, but for me just misses the mark. Not horrible, but I think you could do better.

I like the “nightie” so much I’ve just ordered it. I’ll decide whether it makes the cut as a dress when it arrives. I’m not keen on the checked one either.

@AmethystMoonShine gosh you were lucky mine’s still not through. I did mix them with some socks at full price for my granddaughters, maybe it’s harder to combine sale and full price. Trying to be optimistic.

It’s quite small. Mine is a small and I’m an 8 in Toast. It’s perfect, pretty roomy in fact!

Oh that’s nice @Railingsohno. I find Uniqlo sizing a bit difficult too. I have 2 light padded coats, one for fat days and one for thin days.

Anyone waiting with baited breath for further Toast reductions tomorrow?

No further Toast reductions that I can see this morning. A couple of things have popped back onto the John Lewis site...

I bought a shirt in the sale before last I think it was - in the morning- , the further reductions appeared late afternoon, I asked for and got the reduced price, not sure if they do that routinely though. They seem to update the site at random times.

I have got one dispatch email from John Lewis at last for the double breasted jacket, hopefully the second one for the Alix trousers will appear later.

I thought that @nanasueathome but even ones not showing out of stock are saying no longer sold online when you click on them

I decided to order the large check cross back dress and the zoya dress, if they go down in price again I’ll reorder
