Thanks, @happytobemrsg! Let's face it, I'm basically not wearing real clothes other than the cardigan, but this is at least a great example of shopping my wardrobe as I rarely wear this cardi

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 28/03/2020 18:56

Thanks for the new thread!

No outside activity today, so I’m wearing a grey mock-neck jumper from Other Stories, and M&S lounge pants!

Sorry the cat seems to get in on every photo.

Shannith · 28/03/2020 21:11

Excellent sequining @happytobemrsg and @Sooverthemill and good Saturday efforts all round.

I paired some very glam baggy grey harem pants from Tu with a £1 silver sparkly top of unknown providence from the charity shop.

Teamed for a quick photo of

Green 70s boots £6 charity shop
Jeans poss new look £1 ditto
70s style leather jacket Oasis £5...

I have actually gone out wearing this combination - it’s really comfy and I do t do heals - but not today. Don’t think the dogs would appreciate it, nor the farmer who apart from DD was the only other person I saw today.

Sequined bra is titchy. And has been hidden by DD who is refusing to give it back.

@judystilldreamsofhorses excellent user name and impressive lounge pants!

Insertdeadcatsnamehere · 29/03/2020 11:29

Hush harem pants and H&M sweatshirt that I took a pair of scissors to (it used to have a weird polo neck).

Miseryisabutterfly · 29/03/2020 11:49

@Shannith you have amazingly long legs! I’m jealous.

I’m still not wearing anything worth photographing but am due a supermarket trip tomorrow, so will make an effort then 😂

Everyone is looking great. Loved the sequins.

@Ellapaella I read on the end of the last thread about what you’re going through. I hope you’re feeling ok? And I hope you get that test, it’s a disgrace that healthcare workers aren’t being seen as a priority.

PalacePaper · 29/03/2020 12:53

Hi everyone. I haven't posted on these threads for ages, but have been reading and enjoying all your outfits. @Sooverthemill a belated thank you for your inspirational post on the last thread, so helpful in these times. And @Ellapaella I hope you're recovering and starting to feel well.

I went for a run this morning and planning to attempt some wallpapering this afternoon so I have no outfits worth showing, but in honour of the weekend sequins I give you...my sparkly socks! Grin

Is anyone else having problems replying to this thread? I've tried to upload a photo but it just won't load.

Ellapaella · 29/03/2020 13:14

@PalacePaper @Miseryisabutterfly thanks 😊
Actually I thought I was feeling a bit better but I'm struggling a bit with my chest today. It feels tight and uncomfortable and I'm a bit out of breath if I try and do too much.
My husband is a doctor and has similar symptoms - his hospital tested him today, my occ health still say they can't test me 😢
But if his is positive we will know for sure. I'm trying to rest and stay calm but I've never experienced anything like this before and so I'm not particularly enjoying it! Distraction is the name of the game I think

OublietteBravo · 29/03/2020 13:20

My eldest teenager is voluntarily tidying here bedroom ShockShockShock. This has never happened previously.

I’m wearing a stripy top in cheerful colours. Although I’ve had to put a jumper over it because it’s absolutely freezing today.

Top: Boden
Jumper: Boden
Belt: Mint Velvet
Trousers: Warehouse
Boots: Celtic & Co

Ah, it's worked finally!

Purplecatshopaholic · 29/03/2020 14:26

@toast you have an awesome array of cool trousers! And I love the sparkly socks @PalacePaper. Get Well Soon @Ellapaella. Dog walking gear here today - lovely day here, chilly but sunny

Shannith · 29/03/2020 14:45

@toastfiend I love all your funky trousers and dungarees, I think these are my favourite.

@misery thank you. It's the only full length mirror I have and now I've taken photos I see it's at a weirdly flattering angle. I have normal legs I promise.

happytobemrsg · 29/03/2020 14:50

Brrrr it’s freezing today. Managed to get to my gym to do my c25k run & just avoided the hailstones.

T-shirt - H&M
Jeans - New Look
Cardigan - Oliver Bonas

Ellapaella · 29/03/2020 17:00

Happy I read that as you'd done a 25k run to the gym at first - I was seriously impressed! Grin

happytobemrsg · 29/03/2020 17:21

Hahaha omg imagine 😳 I was impressed I managed to run 90 seconds today 😂

Sooverthemill · 29/03/2020 18:08

@happy @Ellapaella me too! Most impressed

@dellacucina
Mixed day today and not great weather here

Ordered my birthday present ( next week) which was really frivolous given the situation but at DH insistence I've ordered a pair of air and grace platform trainers . I'd never spend that much on trainers! 20% off though which ends Tuesday. When I'm buying anything at the moment ( even food) I'm getting it from small producers.

Can't load today's photo but I've worn the jumper before
Jumper: Eileen fisher
Trousers: hush
Trainers: dune

Sooverthemill · 29/03/2020 18:09

@Ellapaella I'm sorry you are getting a shit deal at work in terms of support. It's wrong. If they can't look after staff then the NHS has to step up

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 29/03/2020 18:34

Another day inside. M&S joggers, and ASoS jumper. I did paint my nails though!

Just popping by quickly at the end of a very cold, windy, and stressful day. Hope you're all well.

Jumper Uniqlo, pulled out of my bag of clothes for the charity shop

Jeans J Crew

Hello all! Kind of dropped off the threads recently but trying to get my mojo back.

Missed sequin Saturday so did sequin Sunday instead:
Sequin logo jumper (Hush)
Denim mini (Hush)
Sequin all star lift sequin trainers (Converse)

Ooh, and I found these ]] right before lockdown and my wardrobe has never looked so unsquashed. Thoroughly recommend.
