Lots of MH don't last on me either. The ones with staying power for me are Vetiver Insolent, Scherzo & Tea Tonique. I wore Scherzo yesterday & today and love it. Really fancy a FB but don't want to spend too much just now. Mother's Day in 3 weeks though....
Back to lucky dip tomorrow. Need to get better at sorting them as I go!

Has anyone got the experimental perfume club layering samples? I'm tempted, although I'm obviously not buying anything else till I've been through all the samples I already have.
@MotherOfDragonite, you're a bad influence! But I'm not going to be tempted. MH had a sale last month too, so hopefully there will be another one when I'm ready to 'invest' in a bottle of Scherzo.

Which is joined by quite a masculine lavender/musk (hint of bug spray). There is still a bit of green bite from the narcissus. Not so sweet now, and not what I expected from a bottle of blush pinkness, called Lovely. . I rather like this and it's certainly worth £9.99 of anyone's money. And I know this is a boring thing to say, but this is a definitely a good office scent. Good call Perfumistas!

@motherofdragonite I find le pamplemousse lasts ages, rose silence less so. Pamplemousse probably my favourite but love tea tonique and figue amere as well. Only MH that didn’t agree with my skin (annoying because I loved it off) was etui noir and none of the recent powdery ones grab me. @FloraMacDonald I got two big FBs of MH From TKMaxx for the price of one 50ml from Gatwick so it was almost like a I made a profit...

My sis wears sjp lovely. I find it a bit meh. Perhaps its the lavender note?

Up and out early today, the sun is shining but we had some snow too!
I am taking advantage of the sun and have layered Tom Ford Neroli Portofino - body lotion and perfume. I absolutely adore this one, and am really sad that I am coming to the last few sprays of the perfume! I got the body lotion as a gift and have been determined to use it regularly rather than 'saving' it as I learned that lesson with a Jo Malone hand cream a few years ago. I was too careful with it and in the end it went off and I was disgusted!!

Alls well that ends well.

Today's lucky dip is ysl Y. It took 3 dips to get lucky enough to wear something I hadn't previously tried! First dip was molecule 03, which I tried to like but just showered it off after 20 minutes.
Y is best described as 'mostly harmless'.

SOTD MMM By the Fireplace. It was so frosty when I left for work this morning I almost fell over. I can't wait to get into the lighter, brighter spring and summer perfumes. (I know I will be desperate for cosy ones when we get to September, but I am FED UP of being cold all the time!)
