Boglins and all of you who are teaching or working remotely, i salute you!
My teacher friends are losing their marbles trying to work and look after their own kids.

We are limping along at home though i am dreading any work coming in as i feel low and lethargic and parenting is enough for me right now....

Ds2 is doing pe with joe wicks each morning.
Ds1 is trying to keep up with his a level studies.
I'm just trying to stay afloat.

I've been fielding phone calls all morning. We're getting lots of enquiries. So I sit here and talk nicely to potential customers all morning. Plus update our records in between .
Then I operate in the afternoons.
One good thing is I don't sit and watch the news all day as that's just too depressing... and unnerving at the moment.
May wear Jasmine White Moss later on. I'm watching dd1 do yoga next to me as the dog tries to sit on her head 🙂🙃.

I'm also in vanilla today, the atelier cologne vanille incensee one. It's very comforting and I'm not really a big fan of vanilla!

I didn't realise i was until i got this PP version. It is so nice and cosy!!

Vanilla for me too today 🐑! This one is a rich vanilla and woods, plus floral notes - YSL Manifesto. It is very comforting.

We have been staying at home, except for an early morning walk. Our regular walk used to be on what was a railway line, but is now a pretty walking/cycle track. But we got spooked by cyclists whooshing by too close, well within two metres. We now go to a large derelict piece of land, close to home, which has developed all sorts of wildlife over the years. We left home at 5.30 yesterday to try and catch a glimpse of barn owls and/or tawny owls, but no luck. We shall keep trying!

yoikes, I have tried the Joe Wicks workouts, great fun! But I prefer the Leslie Sansone walking videos. They seem to be all based on fast walks, with a variation in movements to keep it interesting.

SOTD MH LDR for a day of teaching from my kitchen table. I know Easter won’t feel like a holiday, but I am glad that a break is coming!

I've ordered a soy wax melt kit!
I shall be making my own wax melts during lockdown...they are smell alikes for alien, angel, ghost and daisy.
It'll probably be a disaster

Hi everyone. SOTD iso e super. Time is moving veeeery slowly after last week which whizzed by. My children are not trying to kill each other for a change. I’m exhausted, under exercised and drinking too much (will nip that in the bud by not replenishing our limited wine supply on my next shopping trip). My Ffern spring hasn’t arrived, but a Neal’s Yard order did so it’s Cheeseday here yay. Still up for the calendar but haven’t had a pm...

I am also struggling today. I am finding online teaching hard, and today one of my students had a bit of a tantrum in an email because he hadn’t understood feedback I had given him. I don’t usually mark online, and do feedback face to face, which is so much easier. I am really doing my best, but feel like I am letting my students down. I replied to him saying I was sorry he was so stressed, tried to explain better, and that we could do a video call if he wanted. I got an apology by return, saying not to worry, and I was doing a great job in the circumstances, but it made me feel really shitty.
