@minipie yes, I’ve looked at every one of them, again and again Grin My dress was being sold on eBay for a ridiculous amount, that’s what made me bid for it and I won! It’s new, with tags and I still can’t quite believe I have it for such a steel. So the dress you linked to yes, I looked at it but it was out of my budget range.

I really need a spread sheet to better analyse your votes but alas, beautiful boho vintage looking, or net curtain nightie (depending on which way you viewed it) it is. I shall make it look beautiful (fingers crossed).

Thsts absolutely the right choice, it's beautiful and truly suits you

SweetMarmalade · 08/02/2020 19:19

@74NewStreet sorry, my post was possibly misleading. I’m going for number 2. It really does look better in the flesh, honest.

Oh, I misread it, so sorry Blush. I’m sure it’ll be lovely...

SweetMarmalade · 08/02/2020 19:21

A bracelet? I have some rather lovely crystal ones.

@74NewStreet Grin I felt Blush for you but honestly, it’s fine. I’ll make sure I wear it well.

Number 2 even more so after seeing the Monsoon video of it.
Natural hair and flowers - you’ll look fab. Have a wonderful day.

Lipz · 08/02/2020 19:23

Definitely the first one. The second one looks like a night dress and bed jacket from the 80s

Lipz · 08/02/2020 19:27

Oh sorry crossed the post Blush

I see you've chosen the 2nd one.

Fingermoose · 08/02/2020 19:29

Love the second one OP. I agree no necklace but a bracelet would be fine - and you'll have a fab new ring to show off too! Have a fabulous time Smile

Disfordarkchocolate · 08/02/2020 19:29

I think you can easily wear a necklace with dress 2.

Something like this

Different lighting. Nails will be done, hair will be curled. Definitely no necklace? @Disfordarkchocolate I love the jewellery but price tag is too steep for me.

Looks beautiful.

Ninkanink · 08/02/2020 19:49

Actually I think a simple necklace would work just fine.

Strandliv · 08/02/2020 19:51

The second one is lovely on you, and I’m so glad it’s what you’ve gone for.
You’re going to look lovely. Congratulations.

SweetMarmalade · 08/02/2020 19:53

And dress will be altered Grin

What time of year? I personally would be freezing in the first one, up until April. I had a similar dress to the second one and it snowed!! In April!! It was ok, just about. But I would have been very uncomfortable in the first dress.

NuffingChora · 08/02/2020 19:54

The second one without a doubt.

SweetMarmalade · 08/02/2020 20:02

@Catrescue1971 without giving too much away, Springtime.

So not too long Grin

I think she does the necklace on its own. I have something similar in green and it's gorgeous. There may be similar but cheaper options too.

I love wedding threads.

troppibambini · 08/02/2020 20:25

You've definitely made the right decision it's beautiful. Not old fashioned in the slightest I love the vintage feel of it.
You look stunning in itSmile

Catrescue1971 · 08/02/2020 20:28

The second one is definitely the best choice then.

SweetMarmalade · 08/02/2020 20:34

@Disfordarkchocolate I’ll have to take a look. Thanks for your suggestions though. Love that you love a wedding thread Grin Can’t quite believe we’re finally doing this, we’ve been together for quite some time.
