Marsha when we were renovating this house I was horrified at what we had to spend on invisible stuff like plumbing and wiring. But think of the loss of visible stuff if anything goes wrong with it like your carpets and rugs if you have a bad leak.

T-shirts are so hard to buy. I recently had to throw out some old Jigsaw ones that I really loved - perfect shape, soft thin cotton that feels nice and is tightly woven enough not to be sheer. Hard. To. Find.

True Lib the pipes are fine atm and when we get round to extension they all have to be moved. Nightmare.

I haven’t worn makeup for so longer and I’ve just discovered my favourite foundation (Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation 😂) has changed its formula and people hate it. Have run out. Argh it was so good, barely there. Does anyone love what they use? Dammit will have to go into town for try on. Recommendations welcome.

Ive got that dior glow in 0N Neutral. i tried the i think it was 1C rosy but it was too dark on me so the neutral ended up a better match. I fade away tot he colour of freshly dropped snow come winter so finding anything pale enough can be problematic but this reallyw orks, will have to see how it comes up in summer though as sometimes i catch a little colour across my cheeks so i might need the 1c rosy then. Couldnt do the matte version as my skin is super dry and it just went all patchy on me

Oh, so tonight I went to a wedding evening do. One of my gym trainers was the bride. But what was fantastic was seeing all of these people I’ve been working out next to in their glad rags, so many years and suddenly we meet out of the gym and it “oh my god, you look amazing”. But a funny thing is that the women all know stuff about each other , the men know nothing....so, typical me......it was 20 questions if you’re a man. I learnt a lot and have somehow become gym social sec!!!!!

And I wore this dress, longer on me not high end or anything but very flattering although I had to keep away from live flames....

I just saw a Matches it NaP pic saying modelled on 80s. I feel like we’re going to be stuck swinging between previous decades now. Still looks good and fresh but 70s and 80s crop up a lot.

Your outfits sound nice. I have a lot of navy and black J Crew tees bought on sale over the years.

I wore a navy v neck one today with distressed faded slim leg jeans and orange and navy cotton scarf (my mother’s from the seventies) and orange cardigan. White common projects trainers (great CPW) and navy demi-lune APC bag.

lazy day today, only got dressed for lunch as we're havign guests as its my birthday. Wore a light sage green 50s style dress with full skirt and a black cardigan and my new DM boots that have sugar skulls on them, unwrapped themt his morning and they went straight on when i got dressed!
