My Zara order arrived. All going back. I didn't notice the jeans were 100% cotton. I need a wee bit of stretch! The dress is really lovely but seems to emphasise my tummy which I could do without. 25C predicted for tomorrow and over the weekend which will be lovely.

Annoying Lib - weather sounds lush though.
I just popped into Space NK and asked for a sample of the Drunk Elephant whipped cream you recommended. I’m hoping for good things.
I’ve also made a cheeky OUTNET purchase but won’t link until it is here in case I’ve ordered the wrong size.
I used the Honey app to check for any discount codes and managed to get about £30 off the listed price - so useful when shopping.

You can share pics from some of the apps. On The Outnet and NaP scroll down past the photo and underneath the product code is an arrow saying Share - click on that and select Copy and then Paste the URL into MN.

A couple of hours ago I was walking down the street very fast as I was running late for an appointment. I was wearing this maxi dress with block heel tan sandals, gold jewellery and I have a new haircut (long graduated bob, with caramel highlights around the front.

Anyway, I've been feeling really fat and flabby and tired and totally had the wiped out Friday evening feeling and I ran into a woman I do spin class with also racing somewhere. She said 'dont stop, I can see you're in a hurry but you need to know you look absolutely awesome and are totally rocking it!'

I haven't stopped smiling yet

I went into Space NK yesterday and bought the CC cream and tan-lux drops as recommended by you all. Also a NARS bronze eye pencil and a couple of Drunk Elephant travel sizes - cleanser and moisturiser. Was a bit disappointed in the SA - didn't seem to know the products I was interested in too well nor understand the advice I was after. However, she was probably early 20's and I'm considerably older so not in her sphere of reference I guess!

I noticed MV had a few sizes of the leggings back in stock so have ordered a pair along with a few other sales items. Will link later as need to get up now.

MrsM good shopping at Space NK. I am in two minds about booking an actual appointment in there. I was thinking about it but thought if they are lack lustre then maybe not at least I don’t have to get through having to do the appointment etc

In terms of Space NK, I always try and speak with an SA nearer my age range. There are usually some staff who really know their skincare, and then pro make up artists. Don’t be afraid to ask for the person with the best skincare knowledge. They will also give you samples (or a bit of a product in a pot to take away and try). Again, don’t be afraid to ask.
MrsM let me know how you go with the Erborian and the Tan Luxe. I use half a pipette of the Tan Luxe ever 2-3 days (in the morning) to keep myself looking healthy. At first I wasn’t sure it was doing anything but it is a slow build and not a tanning product.

Off to the Apple store - managed to spill half a glass of water all over my MacBook last night. Insured thankfully but a right PITA.

So I killed my MacBook, but the insurers were amazing and paid out immediately so I now have a shiny new MacBook
While I was at the shops I popped into the Levi’s store and got myself some 721 black skinnies as all my black skinnies have had it. Just sat waiting to pick up miniShop from school now. It’s his birthday this weekend - he’s super excited.

Phew that's a relief Shop - and quick work purchasing a replacement.

Sadly all the SA's in Space NK were of a similar age so i decided just to take a punt on everything - I do usually ask for samples of £££ products I promise! Anyway, I used 4 drops of the serum last night and look slightly healthier today so will use more tonight - probably just a couple of drops and I'm thinking maybe every other day thereafter.

It’s a strange product MrsM - no amazing changes but when I catch sight of myself in the mirror I just seem a bit healthier, less red, more glowy. Plus positive comments. But if I put before and after pics up I doubt there’s an enormous difference skin colour wise.

Lovely to hear from you Bernice! You know I am not a chunky boot fan (but at least we have Jane in common ) but I can imagine you looking fab wearing those boots with one of your beautiful long skirts. You always have such beautiful skin (and you know I adore your hair!).
