So if you want to talk about what Meghan's wearing then fine, go ahead. I'm not even saying you have to like everything she wears. This applies to all royal women - if you don't like an outfit then do feel free to say so.

But if you want to talk about "Megxit" then please go to one of the many many other MN threads about it and leave us to our clothes chatter!

I agree Kate's pearl set isn't my favourite I think with the thin chain makes them look a bit like random balls on her. I do like the emeralds but not sure that was the best dress for them as it wasn't the same green but it wasn't contrasting enough to be a statement if you know what I mean. I think they would have looked a lot better with the dress she wore to the royal variety this year that was crying out for a big statement necklace. A splash of colour against the black.

Kate needs a good, all-purpose diamond rivière.

Do you think when Kate gets a loan of some of the Queen's beautiful jewellery that Carol and Pippa or a pal or two come around for a coffe/wine then might get to try it on ?

Was disappointed that they'd taken the rocks out of the window and replaced with pictures of bling instead.

The DM has it that the Cambridges will be visiting Dublin and Cork later in the spring.

When it was off with William, Kate and Carole visited Dublin and stayed in a very ordinary hotel. They were attending an art exhibition by an artist friend in Dublin.

I did do the duchess slant at one point in the evening and t'was not an easy pose to hold Crossing at the knee like an upstart American and Princess Anne for me going forward
